Easy to get to. If you're passing through Bakersfield off the Hwy 99 & your car is dirty, take the…read moreold Hwy 58 exit, go East & make that stop at Soak CarWash. Three different levels of services and pricing. I chose the top which is Sublime for $25. It did the job. Next I pulled around to hand dry & vacuum my car. I carry my own auto microfiber towels in my trunk, but I was surprised to see they offer drying towels for free. This is great service & very rare these days. It's all on the honor system so return it to the Dirty bucket when you're finished. Thank You Max for your help & great customer service. What I loved: The long crevice tool to vacuum deep between your seats. All other car washes off that tool that doesn't get in between. I spent a good 90 minutes here cleaning my car. Loved the air gum to get out all the water from the door handles, the car decals, and the spoiler. Water hides and when you drive off it shows up. Support this small business. Stop by & show them some love. Until next time, see you some more on Yelp 2026

- Extremely Disappointed and Will Not Return…read more I had a terrible experience at this car wash and feel completely let down by their lack of accountability. During my visit, the car wash broke off the plastic on my side mirror. An employee actually found the broken piece in the tunnel, took down my information, and told me a manager would contact me soon. A month went by--nothing. I finally tracked down the manager myself. Instead of taking responsibility, she walked me out to the middle of the drive leading to the entrance, where there's a small sign with tiny lettering saying mirrors should be tucked in and that they're not responsible for any damage. The sign was partially covered by a bush and so hidden that you'd literally need to stop traffic, get out of your car, and move branches just to read it. If this is such an important warning, why isn't it at the actual entrance, clearly visible, and large enough for customers to notice? Better yet, why don't employees mention it before sending cars through? The whole situation felt like an excuse to avoid responsibility instead of a business standing behind its service. Between the damage, the lack of communication, and the misleading sign placement, this place has lost my trust completely. I'm never coming back.
