When I asked questions, the technician was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take additional steps to help. Her attitude made the situation more frustrating and uncomfortable. Staff working directly with patients should demonstrate professionalism and patience, especially when issues are outside the patient's control.

There office is bright and clean. There are two kiosks for self registration. A great benefit is the ease of making an appointment on line. They honor the appointment times and get you in as close to time as possible. All the workers I have dealt with have been very friendly and do their jobs well. They provide quality care on routine testing and make it easy to view your results. My only disappointment on this location is their limited hours 7:30 a. m. to 3:30 p.m. and closed from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. but the waiting time here, with no appointment, is wayyyyyyy shorter than the location at High Desert Medical Group.

No big deal for my 10-15 minutes here, but your employees are in a desert, on the second floor who need ALL of the AC operating. Changing hours and closing at 11am isn't the best answer.

Today I felt compelled to drop this review, because throughout the last two years, anytime my family or I are in need of bloodwork, we always come to this location. The experience has always been great. Today I had to recognize the phlebotomist's work. I've only ever seen two ladies here, and I have been helped by both, and both of them are quick, polite, and most importantly, have very light hands. With that said my visits have been quick. I have never waited more than 15 to 20 minutes without appointment. In addition to that, as someone who gets very nervous around needles, it truly is the smallest prick with no pain at all. Great job, ladies!

Maria came out at 11:53 and called the walk in that left after I already told her I was next. She then came out at 11:57 saying she can't see anyone else when she had the time. She literally is so lazy and slow trying to avoid walk ins and appointments at all cost. I never seen a lab tech need 20-30 minutes per patient. She does not care about patients.

Nobody being served.- I know because it says so on the screen. I let them know I had an appointment, but I signed in as a walk-in also since I was early. I was then called to the back and because their system didn't have my orders and I took five seconds to get them out of my car for her. She sent me back in the waiting room and took six more people. Had the system had the orders that my doctor had placed in the first place, and somehow I was punished for grabbing them by being forced to wait 45 minutes Definitely pick a different quest to do your blood work. None of the other Foundation Laboratory locations ever did this and had someone on staff to take care of any overflow. This location has fallen apart considering service use to be so quick.
