Now, I've had slight bruising before, which I assume isn't uncommon, but this looked like I'd been in a boxing match. And it took over 2 weeks to go away. I understand mistakes happen, but the part that was the most disappointing, is that when I reached out to the owner, she took no responsibility, didn't offer any compensation and basically blamed me for the results. I am not someone who typically complains, and I've never left a negative review for anyone, but I was so shocked by the terrible customer service and complete disregard for my situation, that I felt others should know.

As a business owner myself, I understand how important this is, so I explained the situation and confirmed that I would still come alone. The clinic said, "No problem." When I arrived, I was taken straight in for the procedure. I asked the price per unit and was told it's $11 with a friend, or $12 if you come alone. After finishing 60 units, I went to pay and was told that because I came without my friend, the price was actually $13 per unit. I was charged $760. No one warned me in advance that the price would change so drastically because my friend had an unavoidable medical emergency. When they asked me to come back in two weeks, I said "no." For the difference of $60-180, they lost a client. They got $760 once, but I will never return and will not recommend them to anyone. I believe this is unfair and unprofessional treatment of customers.
