They said they don't know I was so confused why.. I think they don't want us getting out in that tiny apartment! Since we saw 4/3 apartments available, I think they want us to be there it's so tiny!! The PPM staff were condescending, rude and absolutely not willing to provide customer service. When it was time to move the boys out, we cleaned the apartment for two days, following the ridiculous list that PPM provides. My wife physically washed every bit of molding and scrubbed every window track completely, according to the instructions given by PPM. We scrubbed, vacuumed, dusted, had a professional carpet cleaner do the floors, etc. It was MUCH cleaner when we left than it was when we moved in originally. Still, PPM charged 5 hrs of cleaning against the deposit. They nickeled and dimed $500 worth of charges against the $1000 cleaning deposit. They charged $67 to change the furnace filter! If you use them, just know that they will be rude to you, they will not provide any customer service and they will keep as much of your cleaning deposit as they can regardless of what you do.

When I walked through it with them, we discussed how they would be a little move in cleaning cleaning, since everything was brand new. I expected that agreement to be honored When I got the cleaning bill, I was dismayed. I was charge for full cleaning as if it was a move in disaster. WhenI inquired they told me three cleaning staff had to mop the newly painted already mopped floor five or six times. That is a complete fabrication or they were milking the job. I had a witness with me before they cleaned and took pictures so I disputed this claim. Kenmore operations refuses to do any kind of dispute, resolution, even though we discussed the lower cleaning rate, New customers might want to check out the dispute resolution process as so far my emails are ignored by the operations manager, with no response after disputing for two months. My issue is basic principle. I do not like it when people take it advantage of me or not honoring agreements. I am keeping my eyes open as this is my first experience with Kenmore Team. I have had to work with the operations team on Appliance Repair, and we have had a modicum of success there. I am just I'm unhappy about the lack of dispute resolution and complete lack of communication regarding my concern. I guess I'm just supposed to suck it up when they thrust bills on me that I don't agree with.

All of our problem-solving discussions with Ryan were straightforward and smooth. The office staff were consistently pleasant and responsive, even when there were challenges. When we sold the house, Ryan's team managed the repainting and repairs. The sale went through very quickly. It's always a relief to deal with a business organization that can consistently do what they say they will do. I am happy to recommend this business.
