JSI staff worked very hard to bring the truck up to our expectation. They put a lot of time, effort and money into fixing it right. The truck ran rough the first time we drove it and stalled on acceleration. These guys dig deep and figured out the cause of the problem. I know they had to lift the bed to get into the fuel tank and replace the fuel pump. They did a lot of other work to the motor. They even found a rusted brake line during inspection and fixed it. They could have easily passed it off and let it become our problem later. These guys told me that they take their reputation seriously and that vehicles leaving their lot have to be right. I could tell they took pride and integrity in their job. They were very accommodating of my busy schedule and they helped my son learn some things about car buying. Overall, this was a top notch buying experience!. I highly recommend them. The shop was busy too, the entire time I was there. Also, Ben who had picked up a time or two when I would called and let me know about parts they were waiting for. Thank you! I ended up being stuck on the side of the road because the radiator hoses were not installed properly and then I had antifreeze all of the engine bay of my jeep and all over the road. I was missing the install clips and the electrical cover and with the jeep system not being reset the dash lit up with dash lights I had to look up in my manual while I waited for help.

The day my wife and I stopped to "kick tires" I didn't have the time to actually buy a vehicle that day. Jim gave me a good deal right up front - no back and forth crap with the pricing. I explained I had somewhere to be and didn't really have time to complete the deal that day. Jim gave me the option of taking my truck with me or letting it with him to take care of the Rhino liner and bed cover installs. I chose to leave the truck and pick it up later that week. My schedule got very busy that week so Jim made arrangements for me to stop in and finish the paper work before my truck was ready and then just stop by and pick the truck up later in the day when my schedule freed up. When I did stop in to do the paperwork I was informed of all of the options available to me but was not pressured into buying all of the options. I chose what was right for me and my budget without the pressure. Thanks guys and gals for a job well done.

Bought a 2021 Blazer RS at Outten Chevrolet in November of 2022. After 6 months I started noticing…read morea smell of antifreeze occassionally after turning the car off and getting out. Brought the issue up at my next service visit (around 25k miles). I was told that they didn't find anything and sent me on my way. The smel persisted but I never noticed any antifreeze where I parked but continued to bring up the issue at service visits. Nothing was found to be the cause. October of this year I brought my Blazer in for an inspection and oil change (42k miles) and was told my radiator was leaking. Cost to replace, $1500 because it was conveniently out of the warrenty period. I explained that the smell of antifreeze was present for the last year and was brought up at each visit so obviously the problem with the radiator was present under warrenty. They did not budge on their stance of $1500, they even tried to sell me $2000 worth of tires. A quick search of the official chevy parts site shows the radiator cost is $308. That puts the cost to install at $1100. Customer care was also useless in trying to get this resolved. Will never purchase another GM vehicle from Outten and will look outside of the GM family for my next vehicle.
