I needed my clothes returned that day which is why I did my initial due diligence and called for pickup the day before. Not only did the hugely inconvenience me but they were rude and refused to accept accountability or even apologize. Buyer beware, this place is unethical and will continue to bother you for months. To make certain they stop, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and report them.
