I brought a little orange chair I've been toting around for years into Herman's last week, with the hopes of having it entirely re-done with a fabric I had brought. Unfortunately I know -45% about upholstery, and I was informed that the square of fabric I had brought would not be enough to cover the entire chair. The guys then helped me pick a matching leather from their own stock, and they created a beautiful custom chair for me. I will admit, Herman's isn't the best with sticking with their quoted time required - but the piece of art that was returned to me was well worth the extra few days' wait. Thank you! read more

Receptionist (older lady) has no idea what she's doing. I spoke to her yesterday for pricing on repairing he headliner of my 08 Civic. She gave me a quote ($150) and she asked me to call back to confirm/schedule. I called her this morning to confirm and she said I can bring the car in and it would take about 3 hrs. The car was dropped off at 10am and I called around 1:30pm to advise I was on my way to pick it up. She said the material wasn't there yet and her boss had to go pick it up. I requested to speak to the manager and he said the same thing and asked me to give him another hr. and change. I called back at 3:30pm and was told the car wasn't ready and the manager is working on the car. I asked to speak with him and she said he wasn't there (when supposedly he was working on my car). I asked her if I can speak to whoever was working on the car so they can give me a realistic time and she said I couldn't speak with them and asked me to come back in an hour. I went in person at 4:15pm and she said it wasn't ready and it will take another hour. I lost it, left and returned at 4:45pm.... it was finally done. There's a few things I didn't like about the work done but I had already paid cash upon dropping the vehicle off. If I learned one thing from this is to pay upon receipt and use a credit card. I feel like I lost an entire day and got ripped off. If you want to sit around waiting all day for the work to be completed on your car then you would have no problem coming here. I obviously do not recommend this location!!! read more

I took all 22 seats from my boat (bow rider) and they did a terrible job. Stitching is all crooked, vinyl grade that was installed is terrible, not all seat foam material was covered in plastic as promised, the captain's chair upper cushion was glued to main piece and some of the glue can be seen from just looking at the seat. Vinyl used was so terrible that it is too porous and mold started to grow extremely fast. Now mold will not come off. Do yourself a favor and do not go there. read more

I loved that they were close to home and worked fast, but I think they were a little over priced. Basically they replaced 2 small pieces of vinyl from the back seat of my car, it took about 2.5 hours and I was charged $160. I read reviews on here where they reupholstered entire chairs for about half that. Had I not been so excited to get my seat fixed, I would have tried to get a better price. All in all, I'm happy with the work. read more

I had a terrible experience at this business. I took in my car to be reupholstered and They kept the car for 2 weeks. i had to go back 3 times because the job quality was so shoddy! They take no pride in Their workmanship and there is no quality control measures. I would NOT recommend them to anyone and will NEVER go back again. read more

After buying an X5 that seems that the previous owner was a water buffalo, it felt like I was driving around in a toilet seat. The seat was unbelievably uncomfortable. I took the car to the his shop, and we discovered that the entire padding structure had been decimated by the sheer obesity of the previous owner. 40 years of cushion wear in less than 2 years. The seat was fixed in a few hours, (same day service) the seat was super comfortable and the price was excellent. When I price compared, he was the least expensive and the highest rated. They fixed the interior of my car. The price they quoted was better than any other and they worked with my schedule to find a date. Brought the car in at 10 am and it was ready by 6pm. If you just want mediocre quality and cheap price, not fine work, go here. They messed up a simple headboard and made all kinds of promises to back up the work.
