I could not be happier with the work. The upholstered chair was the secondhand find as was the fabric, but they put these two together and really made this piece sing. I had very specific requests for where the intersecting lines should land relative to the chairs frame and what they returned was exactly what I asked for. They even did some work on the springs to make sure the chair was sturdy. Jose picked up the chair about 24 hours after we first spoke. He said a week and had it done and delivered early. I just cannot say enough about this business. Jose is a true professional, courteous, and a craftsman.

Patrick & Sons cleans the carpet in our condo building and were such a good find!…read more We came across Patrick when we needed to have the carpet cleaned in our condo and used him several times. To clean a one bedroom condo with all carpet, Patrick charged ($80), his minimum service charge. Patrick is extremely professional, quick (but efficient), and is very reasonable. We recently moved to another condo in our building and have all tile, but have multiple area rugs. We then called Patrick again and he came by to clean our shag rug and did so and was very reasonable and quick and efficient. Patrick and his team service pretty much any of the Miami metro areas, on a 24/7 basis. If you need any of your carpets or rugs cleaned, give Patrick and his team a call, you will be glad you did!

King Furniture Restoration's Carlos Ramírez is a true professional: knowledgeable, fair price…read morequoted, honest, responsible & extremely kind. The type of artisan carpenter that is difficult to find; but they do exist. His work was so exceptional that I voluntarily paid him more than his quoted price. Carlos Ramírez repaired an old Chippendale camel-back sofa whose solid hard woodbase had collapsed. I had purchased the antique sofa 40+ years ago at an auction in Miami. I wanted to save it. The work required was a combination of carpentry, upholstery & furniture restoration (removing & reinstalling all the springs). Carlos Ramírez responded to my email promptly. He was able to assess the work through a number of detailed photographs I sent (where I tried to explain what was wrong with the sofa.) Within 24 hours after submitting my request, we agreed to have the work done in my home. The work was completed as promised on time. I could tell from watching him work that he wanted to ensure I was pleased with the end result. I chose Carlos Ramírez based on the perfect 5.0 rating he has earned on Google. I now add yet another 5.0 rating. If you require ANY work having to do with furniture, especially valued pieces or even antiques, make sure you hire Carlos Ramírez. Trust me; he's that good.

I hired Manny to reupholster my furniture. The same material he uses for boats. Based on his recommendation, I agreed and paid a 50% deposit of $1,000 via Zelle on August 2, 2025. When the furniture was delivered on August 8, it arrived with visible oil stains and the material scratched easily, contrary to his assurances. When I raised these issues, Manny dismissed my concerns and later removed the furniture, saying he would correct the problem by reupholstering the two chairs. Instead of correcting the issue, Manny stopped responding to my calls and texts, and later demanded the remaining $500 in cash only before allowing me to even see my furniture. This led to a dispute that required police involvement. Under supervision, I was finally able to inspect the furniture and discovered the material had not been replaced as promised. In the end, I was forced to pay the balance just to recover my furniture, which still had the same problems. Manny denied responsibility, acted unprofessionally, and did not deliver the work he promised.

When he arrived, he changed the price to $750, and after discussion, both sides agreed to $550 with the understanding that the amount had to be prepaid fully in cash. He stated the work would take about three weeks. Since then, despite multiple calls and text messages, there has been no response and no updates. As of September 24, 2025, the chair and the money remain with him, and we have not received any communication. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others not to give belongings or payments to this company.
