She answered all my texts promptly and was very professional. She even helped my husband and I pick out the fabric when we couldn't agree!! She was very patient with us! We had a loveseat, sofa, oversized chair, accent chair, and 6 dining room chairs all done within 2 weeks. The workmanship was impeccable with lots of attention paid to the details. We have nice Tommy Bahamas furniture which was about 10 years old. The bones/ wood was in good condition but the fabric was shot. We have pets and that took a toll on the furniture. The pricing was very good and very fair. I texted 5 companies and Erena /Julio won the business. Even their shop is clean and organized and made you feel like you could trust them with your project. They actually picked up the furniture on the day we went to contract. The pickup and delivery team handled everything with care and even carried the love seat upstairs to our main bedroom. I was searching for months for a set of white swivel chairs. Everything was out of stock...delivery options were over 4 months . A friend suggested buying a set in stock and having them reupholstered. Fortunately I found JC ARNOVA ! They were the only company to answer the phone. We had an in-house visit within 2 days to choose the fabric and pick up the chairs. I was given a completion time of 3 weeks. Absolutely lived up to the hype of the five star reviews. Great craftsmanship, communicative and was on time. I sent them pictures and they were able to give me a rough estimate. They were at my home the very next day to see the couch in person and give me a more detailed estimate as well as have my choose fabrics. Then they were off with the couch. Exactly 3 weeks later, as they originally told me, they were calling me to bring the couch back. Take a look at the pictures for yourself. English and spanish speaking. I bought an old Louis XV style chair at a garage sale. It looked horrible, but I really like the potential it had, so I gave Erena and Julio from JC Arnova a call and told them what I wanted to o with that chair. Basically I wanted the chair to look modern, but without losing its integrity. So I asked them to sand it down and polish it so it can shine. In addition, they added rivets and a shiny black leatherette that made my chair look like the attention grabber I wanted it to be while still looking vintage.
