Thats when I noticed that the post that the hinges are attached to is not plumb. I called them on March 19 to let them know. The owner came out the next day to look at it and said he would take care of it the following week. The next week his truck was broke down and he said it would be the following week. Now, he will not answer my calls or texts. The only response ive gotten was after I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. They said it fell outside the 6 month warranty period.I contacted them about the issue on March 19 which is inside 6 months. They have a great response for new work, but if you need warranty work, forget it.
