If it wasn't for Joseph, our personal SA at this location, the experience wouldn't be as fabulous as it is. Walking in, it's well decorated and well set out. All of the "normal" items on wall displays, shelves, and countertops. These are the items they keep in stock for the most part. This is on the first floor that everyone has access to. Joseph came to us as we were looking around and asking about getting established for the more hard to get items. This is when the experience got really cool, as he took us upstairs. It felt like it was a special place that many others may not know about or get to see. Lot's of nice high end items and bags. Tho the bags that require waiting lists, they only have "samples" hiding in the back. Joseph got out the Kelly and the Birkin. Of all of the bags that my wife was looking at today at this Beverly Hills in Dallas, I liked these the most, as the bags were elegant but didn't have any crazy emblems or some outstanding signature item that screams "look at me" when you walk around with it. It's a bag for a personal decision, the personal knowledge of knowing you have the best without showcasing or trying to be a stand out. Joseph was so helpful, so friendly, and very attentive to my wife and what she was eyeballing. He offered to show her anything she took an interest in, it didn't matter what it was. She now has his number to message and send pics of any items she finds so that he can try and locate it. He was with her from the time we walked in to the time we left. We didn't buy anything this day, tho he was very helpful in explaining that if she sees a bag, they a put her name on it when it shows up. Those that don't know, these are hand made and high end. They are expensive, but they can be considered an investment same as any piece of jewelry. If you go, ask for Joseph, he was the best and so friendly and kind. read more

So I have a newfound understanding of Hermes. I have always been a connoisseur of French fashion, especially shoes and handbags and of course, Italian as well... However, I guess over all the years I just did not know that there was any sort of process other than just shopping because I had limited interaction in the things that I was buying. I love scarves and perfume. One of my favorite scents of all time is at Hermes. I even always have a travel one in my purse. I think that sometimes if you are not aware of how things are at the store like making appointments, limited bag availability, you may take that to be an attitude or an unwillingness to help that isn't quite warranted based on some of the negative reviews. So while I never thought to explore upstairs or that they had one at this location, I've seen lot of things that I really like in jewelry, shoes as well as home items. I have met some wonderful sales associates here who are always quite personable and extremely helpful. The store can get quite busy so I recommend making an appointment so that you are not waiting around long. I highly recommend this shopping area in Dallas and definitely this Hermes location! read more

I visited several Hermès stores outside the US and the flagship store in Paris. Trying to shop in the US locations is a different experience. I think the SA's have taken on the snobbish stereotype of what they "THINK" an Hermes store should operate. From the DC and New York stores the Dallas location gets it right. After a bad experience at the DC location a long time client of Hermès in the city recommended the Dallas location. She said everyone there is great! A lot of people in DC purchase there over the home location. Which speak volumes. I called one day and spoke to Jocelyn at Hermes and the experience has been far excellent than what I expected. She has attention to detail and responses are quick. The professionalism is astounding. I haven't experience anything like this before in the states. Looking forward to purchasing more items with Jocelyn's help. read more

Don't ever buy shoes at this location of Hermes. I bought a $1500 pair of sneakers and wore them one time because they squeaked so loud they were embarrassing to wear. I took them back to ask them to replace them or repair them and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it except send it back to Paris to see if they could be fixed and that would take 6 to 9 months with no guarantee that they could be fixed. The manager (an asian woman who didn't tell me her name) Was extremely rude to me. She never apologized or Put in any effort to make me feel better about basically throwing a $1500 pair of shoes away. I would avoid this location at all cost. I've never been treated this way before. Hubby is a big fan of Hermès ties, the cologne & shower gel, it smells great on him :) When he wears his "power suits" he has to wear a Hermès tie. They are very durable, made of 100% silk & made to last. I'm not a fan of Hermès for women only the men's. If it's a special occasion, a special golf game or a special job interview etc., he has to have his special Hermès ties on. We get him a new one here every year. They also make a great gift. One of his favorites is still "magic rabbit" he can not live without "magic rabbit" he claims it has special powers. I ordered the Oran Sandals from the website..of course, the sandals were a little snugged, so I had to go into the store to exchange for the correct size. I went in Saturday, May 15, 2021 Olivier, was Amazing! Just a beautiful person. I know he had other appointments besides me and I didn't want to take all of his time but he made sure I tried on every size until I was satisfied with the correct fit. This pyramid scheme of a store robbed me. I bought something and went to return it 24 hours later because I could not fathom why a sane person would spend that much on an enamel bangle. Upon entering, the stuffy salesman asked if I wanted store credit for my exchange. I wanted to laugh in his face. Like do you really think I dont want my money back? He told me that Hermes only offers exchanges or store credit. I audibly scoffed at him because I was so pissed. He pointed to the fine print on the bottom of my receipt that shows the return policy. Again, what sane person takes the time to read their receipt? Surprised he didnt give me a pop quiz over it. Before I left, he informed me that the store credit is not good online and can only be used in store. If I could give them no stars, I would. I have a wallet full of money and I need to buy a birthday gift for a friend. When I approached the store, there was a sign posted that said I needed to make an appointment. Hermes is the place I go when I need to buy a beautiful scarf. Always classic, the colorful designs are sure to please. This particular location is wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful but didn't shadow you in a way that was uncomfortable. In addition to scarves, they also have men and women's fragrances, shoes, clothes for men and women, purses, and wallets. One of my favorite sections of the store was the baby gifts. They have a beautiful wooden rocking horse, children's porcelain place settings, stuffed animals and adorable pajamas. It's a great place to buy an unique gift for a new born. If you are looking for excellent customer service, knowledgable staff and sophisticated gift ideas, you can't go wrong with Hermes. Hermès will always exude class, high fashion, exclusivity- and if you are lucky to purchase one of their coveted and extremely expensive purses then I envy you. The accessories are so beautiful and timeless. I love their scarfs and belts. Those are still somewhat expensive. It adds a dash of sophistication with your wardrobe. But nowhere in comparison to the handbags. The handbags are an ultimate fashion statement. A few of the most exclusive ones you will have to put on "the list" to buy. The sales associates are helpful and the store is always clean and chic. When I get my coins up hopefully I can joined the Hermès bag club really soon. I've visited here many times over the last couple years and Joey has always been more than accommodating and friendly. I came in to exchange an extravagant gift from a male admirer for a different color, and they just couldn't have been sweeter or more accommodating. The saleslady treated me very warmly, and patiently showed me a number of options that she thought I might like. I ended up buying an even more expensive bracelet, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The store is located in Highland Park Village, which is some of the best shopping in the Dallas Metroplex. Parking is available in their lot just outside the shops. The Hermes boutique is beautifully furnished and lit, and the merchandise is exquisite, of course. I will definitely be back. read more

I love this place. The staff were friendly and nice. I received very personal service there and they were pretty patient the whole time. I had a hard time choosing which color that I wanted but the staff were nice enough to help me in the process. The guy who did the check out seemed to be pretty professional and knew what he was doing. So.. Why not a 5-Stars? Well, they were nice, but I feel like one of the staff could be a little bit more engaged.
