I love their products and the store is very cool. It makes me want a farm or at least a horse or rabbit. One time I went to TS to buy rabbit feed for a friend. I had the dickens of a time getting anyone to help me. Then when they did finally help, they treated me like an intruder and did not help. They only wanted to get rid of me so they could continue doing nothing. I was not a happy camper. Recently, I had to go here again for rabbit feed for my friend. I honestly dreaded the trip to TS. I thought, here we go again and I figured I would be in the store forever, waiting on someone to help me. Much to my surprise, they had improved their customer service. The crotchety customer service guy was not there and people seemed very eager, yeah... eager, to help. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone. I have never before met anyone at TS who wanted to help a customer. I guess competition from Menards and Orsheln's finally broke them down. I was able to get the rabbit feed for my friend and on my merry way. I had to make a return the next day and I just knew I the magic would be gone. Much to my surprise, the return was very seamless and easy. So glad it went well. I do think their prices are high on some things. Overall, the prices seem decent but there were some items where I thought they were slightly higher than in other stores. I suppose it all boils down to what you are looking to purchase. The products are nicely displayed and the store is always clean and well lit. The merchandise seems to be well stocked and easy to find. They seem to have a little of everything. They have people shampoo, items for a variety of different animals, clothing, boots, heaters, hoses.. just about you would need for life on the farm or if you have a friend that has a rabbit.

Back to Anderson and they gave me the right part. The problem this time was the part was broken. I had great service and everyone was very helpful. The lady at the front counter was super nice and friendly. She helped me through the whole process. Prices were reasonable and this place is easy to access. The only problem I had was they charged me for the defective item. It wasn't much but I thought I should get a price break. And he was unable to honor that price because it was a typo. But if I was to purchase online he would honor that price. They wanted me to waste more of my time when they could easily honor that lower price. Of course I complained and another 10 min went by, he finally said he would honor the lower price. When I was checking out he scanned the soil and to his surprise the soil was 29.99. He wasted my time arguing over a price that was the their price. I bought over 150 in soil, no-one offered to help load or even opec the door when I left. F this guy will not be going back. I'll buy from Amazon next time. Earl may is extremely over priced. Shop there and pull up any of there items online and your looking at a 10 dollar price hike. It's not a local company it's an expensive chain.
