He also promised me a slab cutting board due to the delay in their being able to process my order on time, as they had to wait for another shipment of slabs to arrive. Upon full inspection of the countertop I noticed to my horror that a huge chunk was missing from the most important side -- the finely finished side facing my kitchen. Additionally, there was no bar grade clear coat. What they sent me instead was a DIY slab only rubbed with tung oil. To add insult to injury, they neglected to send me the slab cutting board they had promised. When I brought this to Jacob's attention, he said I was unappreciative and unreasonable, making no offer to resolve the situation. I was deceived and swindled by this company. Don't do business with them. There are more reputable and reasonable competitors to do business with than them. Be forewarned!!!
