Here's a factual, professional Yelp review that reflects your experience without making claims that you can't support:
I would not recommend Heritage Paint & Body based on my experience.
My vehicle was originally brought here for repairs through an insurance claim. Unfortunately, I had to return it multiple times because the repairs were not completed properly. Most recently, the shop kept my vehicle from July 15 through July 30, and when I picked it up, it was still not repaired correctly.
During pickup, the owner acknowledged that they had forgotten to repair or reinstall parts on the side of the vehicle, stating that he "thought they worked on it." My vehicle is now significantly louder than before, and I am seeking an independent inspection by Mercedes-Benz to determine whether additional damage occurred while it was in the shop's care.
Communication throughout this process was frustrating. There were extended periods where we received little to no updates and had to repeatedly call, email, text, and even visit the shop in person for information.
To make matters worse, when we raised our concerns, we were told that we owed the shop money because Progressive had not paid them. To our knowledge, we do not owe Heritage any balance, and any payment issue between the shop and the insurance company should not affect the quality of the repairs or how customers are treated.
This experience has resulted in multiple return visits, significant inconvenience, thousands of dollars in rental vehicle expenses, and a great deal of stress.
We have documented our experience with photos, videos, emails, text messages, and repair records, and we have asked Progressive to conduct an independent inspection.
We hope this matter can still be resolved, but based on our experience, we cannot recommend this shop. read more
