Our monthly board meeting was held here and Office Evolution provided a very comfortable business environment. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but there are plenty of spots by the adjacent building.

He has replaced two water heaters for me and takes care of the annual maintenance on them. Today he rescued me again on short notice, this time from a broken toilet spigot. He took the time to show me the better quality valve compared to the one that was broken. It was noticeable. Then there is his personality that shows his dedication to old-fashioned customer service. That's hard to find these days. Jon showed me his estimate and we worked out the options we could pursue. He is worth every penny just knowing that he is here to stay in this community. Thanks Jon. I know if things go south you will be there quickly.

We…read morehad some home issues of prior owners cutting corners or incorrectly trying to do things on their own and unfortunately while replacing our water softener we ran into many issues and a few days later our water heater went out. American Eagle Plumbing to the rescue! We had an amazing experience working with them. They were able to help us right away, no waiting for weeks or up charge for immediacy. A true local, mom and pop company with human values. We're a younger couple with not a lot of emergency money to work with for when something big goes out and they were willing to work with us on payment and being able to pay in cash for a lower rate. We never felt like we were being taking advantage of or tricked into anything. I've seen a few reviews about the long time that they were at their residence, but that was reassuring to me! They made sure the job was completely done perfectly. My husband and I both still work from home and we barely heard a peep. The work was done a few months ago and we have had zero future issues with our new water heater and water softener they helped install. I'm so grateful to them! Having to do big repairs or replacements in your home can be daunting, stressful, and expensive and we will continue to call American Eagle Plumbing in the future for our home and have recommended to our neighbors in Hutto as well. A few days after their work they sent us cookies from the local Tiff Treats! We were completely surprised and it was so heartwarming. These days working with businesses can feel like a manipulative game; hire American Eagle Plumbing and you will get kindness and be made to feel like a family or friend. Highly recommend!

However, if you are just checking out your future options, they can be so rude that you run and never go back. My mom and I visited several months ago. My parent's place is close by and I was curious. Dianna knew that i wasn't looking to move until much later in the year. She still took the time to show me my options and was as delightful as could be! Although the apartments were amazing, I eliminated this complex as I wanted designated parking (I come from a townhome with a garage). After months of research and a change of plans, my sister and I were willing to look in to our options. Imagine my surprise when Dianna greeted us! I was so pleased to see her face! Our appointment was for 4:00 PM. We were on time and she was ready to show us anything! She was inviting, kind, knowledgeable and willing to stay after hours! What? She stuck around for, at least, 30 minutes after when she should be packing up and headed home. She continued to be gracious and kind! We adored the apartment and immediately wanted to apply! An apartment is just an apartment. Price always matters. When you are treated with grace and commitment, everything looks even better! Thank you, Dianna, for taking the time to make sure that we understood all of our choices and for making us feel important! We appreciate your time and commitment to the property. The apartment is amazing! However, it does not sell itself! You made us comfortable and you made us feel welcomed. Your positive attitude and recollection of my preferences, really sold us! Thank you for your attention to detail and effort! We appreciate you! The B2 was perfect for my sister and I! We applied and, being anxious, apparently applied incorrectly. Dianna reached out and walked us through everything and worked in the background. Caring and considerate staff is number one! Thank you, Dianna!

Perhaps they should pay more attention to their residents cars getting broken into, late trash pickups, creaking ceilings and floors, poor plumbing, and non functional gym equipment as these are the notifications you will get on the daily as a resident here. The staff here (specifically Diane and Rebecca) show obviously no remorse for treating paying residents this way. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Our lower level does not heat or cool properly. Pardners came out several times after the install and our complaints about the inefficient heating and cooling and they said there was no issue. They offered no solution. So, we have limped along supplementing our HVAC with fans and space heaters!! We realized the new unit they installed was grossly undersized for the space. Fast forward a few years and we call Pardners for an estimate for a new upstairs unit. We also wanted them to revisit the issues with our lower unit. The tech came out and we complained about the lower unit. He took information and that is the last we heard. Despite several phone calls, Pardners never called or followed up. We sincerely believe they know they undersized our new unit and don't want to make it right. So, we will shout to the rooftops about their lack of follow-up, their lack of concern about a botched job, and awful professionalism. We always try to throw work to the local companies but this would not be the company you will want to use. Run, as fast as you can to another HVAC company.
