The pool is kept clean, plus there is a fitness room that is open 24 hours. Kids are usually at the playground and grill area, but is not a problem. AC is a little old and will turn to ice if you quickly turn the thermostat down (so no cool air when its frozen). Fridge and washer/dryer are included plus location is ideal. Some complaints include that there is a large amount of dogs nearby (in the neighborhood) and they tend to bark at anything and everything. You are in dairy country so you notice the smell of cattle nearby (especially early morning). I would recommend this complex to people who want to start out or become long term residents. Rent ranges from: $700-900

Called at 5:15am it's now almost 7:15am and barely got a call back Maintenance guy says he won't be here till 45 mins from now!!!

So it's more family oriented, but everyone stays to themselves and minds their business. Keeping a nice and quiet neighborhood. The best part of it all is the property manager, Anna is super helpful and caring. She handles business and has always been their to answer my questions and solve any issues I'm having in a timely matter. She's very reliable and I enjoy talking to her. I can't say that about other places I lived at. The apartments are older, but I love the addition of the fireplace and the windows in the kitchen, bringing in all that natural light. I honestly can see myself staying here until we get a house. Because in my opinion a house is the next best thing. You won't find another place like this in visiala. The area is nicer, yea. we stay on a busier street, but the fact that it's it gated is AMAZING. I feel safe here, and Anna makes this place feel like a neighborhood she involves the community. I like coffee and donuts. Raffles, I mean, it's been great, and I have only been here for a few months.

It is always well maintained &…read morethe laundry room is always cleaned so I really appreciate the young lady that keeps this place clean. My only concern is I see that young lady always on foot but the men on golf carts? Even in blistering hot weather she was always on foot..... I remember a couple years back the other cleaning person would use the golf carts but she doesn't? It kind of makes it seem like discrimination if I am being honest. I have talked too a couple of my mother's neighbors and they all agreed it seems like they are discriminating that young lady. Could it be the way she looks and dresses? I'm not sure but it doesn't seem fair for her too be the only person on foot. We did come up with a solution. By the time it starts raining and she is still on foot in rain we will set up a GoFundMe account too get this hard working lady her own personal golf cart.

You shouldn't be talking to your employees like that in front of residents and everyone in their apartments can hear. I don't know what's wrong with him if he tries to make himself seem big and scary or what but it's very unprofessional. And the main manager, Norma, doesn't seem to care that he's doing this. Besides all that, apartments look well maintained.
