All of the other apartments that I've called about have filled almost immediately, and I know that because they responded to my e-mail or phone calls, and they have changed the ads or their answering messages to reflect that change. Faun Terrace hasn't responded to anything and has no information on their answering messages. This feels like a scam to gather $30 a pop from people looking for an apartment.

The manager Lisa, even checked in on me when I was pregnant to make sure I was doing okay when my husband was at work. She goes above and beyond as a manager and as a neighbor. I live above and across from her and never had a noise problem at all. She makes sure the property stays clean everywhere and that tenants clean up after themselves. We get receipts every time we pay rent and she is VERY organized. One of the best managers/properties we have ever rented from. Would recommend a million times over. Laundry unit on site and a playground for the kids. There's also gardening services.

I looked at the place during the summer so it looked quite and quaint saddly everyone was inside because it was too hot to be out. When I left the apartment I left it clean...needless to say they still took out for cleaning because they hired a cleaning agency and charged a flat rate.I got charged for bogus things the said i had broken or were missing in the apartment. They didn't even do a walk though with me when I moved out. They seemed to be always closed. I had to leave my forwarding adress and keys in an envelope in the slot box. Hmmm they didn't even record my forwarding adress because when the mailed me my invoice they sent to my old address and USPS forward it to me. The only thing nice about the place was Amanda she was sweet,kind and extremely helpful.
