There are not enough parking spaces for all of the residents. Your car will be towed and you will have to pay 350$. Rent is way too high for these apartments. There are a ton of bugs. And the AC units do not work the best. Good luck if you decide to live here. read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO!!!! They do not care about anything that goes on inside your apartment and the whole damn place is falling apart. The AC units are still the ORIGINALS from when they first opened. The apartment is NOT insulated whatsoever!! We constantly run our AC and it never cools off. If you're trying to submit a maintenance request, good luck getting ahold of them lol. They have too many units and not enough people to keep track. They do not care about your well being and they raised their prices pretty much overnight from $1,180 for a 2 bed 1 bath to $1,450!!!!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!! I don't know where to even start with this rip off of dump. I guess I'll start with the joke that they call management there. In my 6 months of living there they went through 3 different managers and office people. The only reason we chose this place was for the month to month lease option because for 850$ it's a rip off. They put in some cheap fake flooring and even cheaper counter tops, paint and carpet and upped the rent by 200$ from what I heard from previous tenants. It's definitely a 600$ apartment complex. When we were Moving out the new clowns in charge were absolutely less than professional. We had to fight tooth and nail for them to start on our deposit refund which was 900$. At first they had the audacity to assume we owed them for the rest Of a year. They didn't even know our lease was a 3 month with month to month after that. Once they realized they owed us they were even less cooperative than before. I ended up having to call corporate to dispute the bogus charges they were trying to get away with. And it CLEARLY states on the lease agreement that the deposit will Be returned 21 calendar days after they regain ownership. It's December 29th and I finally got my last check from them. I had pics and videos from when we moved in. They still pulled some Shady bs trying say they had cleaners in there for 125$. Absolutely a lie. 75$ a carpet cleaning which is a very good chance didn't happen either but I'm ok with that charge. The charge that I was able to beat was the ridiculous one of them painting to the tune of 100$. These guys are crooks. HEED MY WARNING!!!! Document ABSOLUTELY everything when you move in, any kind of ding, dent, smudge, dirt, ANYTHING!!!!Photos, video, etc. make sure to get a copy of the move in check Off sheet. These people will try to screw you over so badly when you move out. We moved in and it was filthy, it was not cleaned, that's a straight bs lie. Mold in the shower, giant mounds of dirtballs behind the fridge. Piss poor paint job. The place smelled like the previous owners had a cat and it stank of a dirty litter box. Dead bugs and who knows what else kinds particles in all The windows. We only lived there 5 months. The last month we were out and still paid. I was there for a union job and we had next to nothing in the apartment, no animals, non smokers. The day we moved out we cleaned it from top to bottom. We left it far better than we received it. Again, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING when you move in if you want any of your deposit back because they will try to rob all of it. read more

This place is now called Landings Edge Apartments. Since there has been a change in management they have tried to make this craphole look nice, but that's only on the outside. The inside of these apartments are trash with old kitchen appliances. If I was living in the the east coast I wouldn't be paying these ridiculous prices for a crappy place like this. California is too expensive! Unfortunately, I have to live here. These apartments are the worst and there are always ghetto people fighting or acting crazy at like 3 am on the weekends. There is so much I could write about this place, but I guess who ever decides to live here will figure it out. read more

This is the worst place I ever stayed. Bugs, Spiders and Roaches all over the place and even I file a complain several time because of bites, Dysentery and my wife's health issue we decided to leave the place but management wants us to pay $1050 termination fee. This place will get you on your deposits and other fees. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you don't like bugs, spiders, flies, and roaches. read more

Stayed here for one year. In that entire year, there was ongoing AC issues. They would come "fix" it, it would work for 2 weeks then stop working again. So it racked the AC bill up extremely high. They took 300 off the rent because of it one month. But AC continued to have issues. It's our last month here & the AC is racked up again. So we tried to get another discount on the rent & the manager said that 200 plus for a AC bill isn't even high. For a 2 bedroom apartment with only 2 people living there it is. They finally said that the whole AC unit needs to be replaced, but who knows when that is going to happen. The rent is going from $850 to 9 something which is a rip off for these apartments. They're extremely old, they've made the outside look nicer, but the inside is the same. Not modern at all & I've seen a few roaches & not to mention termites. They came & sprayed for them, & they came back. Then they came & sprayed again so we asked for a change in units & they said nothing was available. I've seen many tenants move in & out. I have a 3 month old baby as well & they didn't care. Would've gave 1 star but the location is decent & it's gated. read more

Ok, so I was a resident of lakeview apartments for 2 years. Aside from the convenient location to BAS Lemoore and the nice ladies at the front office, this place should be avoided. During my residence, I had asked for several normal repairs (clogged bathtub, change air filters, ect), which were put off until the third or fourth time going into the front office. this location advertises to be gated, but the two years I lived there, the gated only worked for three months. I suggest against swimming in the pools, which have been shut down several times due to bacterial infestations (yikes!!). WATCH THE TOWTRUCK GUYS!!!! These people are thieves!! And when you move out of this establishment, make sure watch Abra Properties too. They claimed I owed them $800 for repairs to the apartment. None of which they could prove they had done (Required via California civil codes). read more

DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE! This place is literal hell. I have too many lists of problems I have had with this apartment/manager and I have only lived here for 8 months. First off, when we moved in out air conditioner was broken. I had left for a long time but my husband and roommates stayed here and never cared to call and fix it. When I got back, I called and it took them 3 months to even actually COME to the apartment and look at it. for two weeks they had their maintenance men here looking at things. Then they called in a professional company and it took them 8 days to come and all they did was look at it and tell me what I already knew what was wrong with it, a leak. THEN that company never came back to fix it so they called ANOTHER company to come fix it and it took them 5 days to come actually fix it and one day when they said they were going to come, they never showed up. So I personally called that company myself to see what was going on and they told me that my apartment complex landlord NEVER PUT IN A REQUEST. While our house is sitting at 97 degrees for 3 months shes in her cool office that smells like cigarettes and dog poop. Shes a rude woman, not very professional at all. When we moved in the counters were sticky and the carpets were destroyed and I'm sure haven't been replaced in 30 years. Says its a gated community but that also looks like its been broken for 30 years. They overprice the hell out of you for rent and you don't even get a nice enough place. This whole place needs to be burnt to the ground, sterilized and rebuilt with new workers. Do not come here. Please invest your time and money else where cause you will regret ever month here, every month your here. Only reason why were still here is because were military and this is the ONLY cheap apartments affordable for military and we didnt wanna spend a lot on rent. Now we wish we actually found a nicer place. Pet deposit is $500 and the landlord has about 6 dogs and 3 cats. read more
