They have an ad out that an apartment is available, and it has been live for a week or so. You can send them $30 to apply, which I'm fine with IFF the apartment is available. All of the other apartments that I've called about have filled almost immediately, and I know that because they responded to my e-mail or phone calls, and they have changed the ads or their answering messages to reflect that change. Faun Terrace hasn't responded to anything and has no information on their answering messages. This feels like a scam to gather $30 a pop from people looking for an apartment.
