This Macy's is massive. The Hugo Boss section alone feels bigger than some standalone Boss stores…read more Huge selection, upscale feel, and easy to spend way more time here than planned.

This Macy's is huge!…read more I don't typically shop at Macy's much (or any bigger retail store like this really) but we happen to find parking near this wing of MOA. I could see Macy's being a one stop shop, they sell a bit of everything; furniture, home goods, clothes, toys, snacks, cosmetics, jewelry, etc. They almost always have some sort of sales going on & you can find some good deals here or there. We stopped at the pandora counter (yes, inside of the Macy's). We were able to peacefully look around without anyone greeting us or pushing us to buy. However we then made the mistake of walking through the perfume department. They were a very pushy about selling, EVERY perfume was their last bottle. Macy's is known for being a fragrance HQ. They have many scents you can't find in store anywhere else. So it's nice to be able to go in a smell something before you drop money on it. They also do refills on certain perfumes which is nice to save money & reuse your bottle. I love perfume but I can only take so many different smells before it starts to give me a headache. Every counter wanted use to smell 3-4 different perfumes which was a bit much. Like I said before they offer so much here. Worth a browse AND they have Tii Cup on the 3rd floor of the store!!

I love this store…read more I do prefer shopping online for this store because it is always super packed in there and it feels as if there is never enough staff or changing rooms. If you need to go here to try things on (especially on the weekend) but forget about it. You will be waiting forever and if you need a different size it will take the staff forever to get it for you. The variety is good, the stock is good. In general, Aritzia clothing is amazing and I love it always, of course, it is a lil more on the expensive side, but in reality, you get what you pay for. I would rathe go to a different location than this one if I am being honest just because of how crowded it always seems to be.

We go on the 10th to check, and they say the jacket is getting to the store that day and they can ship it to our home. We say awesome and leave. Fastforward to now, jan 29. Still no jacket, no tracking numbers, no call or communication from the store. We call and they explain that it has not arrived to the store and we can purchase another one or wait until the other one is delivered. Even-though three weeks prior someone at the store said that it was arriving that day. Not sure how a company doesn't have tracking numbers for their products their customers spend $300+ on, nor have the decency to call, message or email their customers. And unfortunately through all of our interactions everyone we talk to who works at the store has the most snobby, stuck up attitudes. If we ever get the jacket we will be returning it and refunding.

They sell the trendiest styles at ready-to-fall-apart prices. I'm ok with the level of quality in these clothes because none of this stuff should become long-term staples in your wardrobe anyway. Rainbow is excellent at what they do, though. Their racks are bursting at the seams with knock-offs of designer-knock-offs at right around $10 a pop. All their stuff is incredibly trendy for this season and this season only. It's the stuff you see in fashion magazines that is a few months away from debuting on the NOT list. Rainbow is also my go-to place for cheap shoes. They sell sandals, boots, flats, and heels in every color of the rainbow. Nothing costs more than $19.99 and nothing lasts more than one season. But like I said, none of it should stick around your closet any longer than that anyway. If you are looking for a perfect pair of gold strappy heels to match that up-to-the-moment dress you just bought...or if you are still shopping for the dress (!)...get over to Rainbow, the glorious ghetto in the middle of the MOA.

I used the return shipping label that came in the package and returned them. I had no idea I was being charged for thE return shipping cost, it cost me just as much as the clothes I returned.
