The first time I came to this location to have a mani and pedi, there were no customers but me. I thought this was a good thing until the staff did nothing but talk in their native language among themselves and completely neglect me (the only customer in the salon!) You would think that it wouldn't take very long since there were no other customers, two hours later....I was finally done. My second experience at this location was even worse. I attempt to get a pedicure at least once a week because my job requires me to be on my feet all day long. When I was getting the pedicure done, the technician asked when the last time I had one done, I said about two weeks prior. He then proceeded to challenge me on when and where I had it done, as though he thought I was lying! Then to my dismay he laid a piece of cuticle skin on the top of my foot and said " You look this!" It's upsetting that not only did he do that in an attempt to embarrass me but also to insinuate that I was lying. How completely RUDE! Why would a professional do such a thing? The entire salon did nothing but talk loudly in their native language, ignore my friend and myself and continue to act unprofessionally (the technician who was helping me especially). The prices always change, the pedicures seem to entail something different every time and the rudeness is completely appalling. DO NOT COME HERE!

I was so happy to have a tech in my city. On today, I returned for a filling and I was seated with a different employee that butchered my nailed. She changed my entire shape from coffin to uneven almond and round nails. I was so disappointed bc I didn't ask for a shape change. I informed her to that I wasn't satisfied and I could tell she was frustrated but the whole time she continued watching her show on YouTube bc she had her AirPods in her ear and kept looking at her phone. I requested to have Kiara correct and complete my nails (and she did an AMAZING job) especially having to correct someone else's mistakes. My length was shortened and my shape was changed without consulting/asking me first and I was highly disappointed but managements very grateful that Kiara was patient with me and had me smiling when I left. Great customer service goes a long way.
