She stated that the area was for teachers only, despite other parents having been in the same area moments before. Before I even had the opportunity to acknowledge her instructions or step back, she rushed me out and physically blocked me from capturing the quick photo I was trying to take. I felt as though I was being treated like a child rather than a parent attending an important milestone. A simple and respectful statement such as, "Excuse me, this area is reserved for staff. Please step back," would have been more than sufficient. I understand the need to enforce boundaries, but I believe the interaction could have been handled with much more courtesy and professionalism. Blocked areas with signs would have prevented any misunderstanding for graduation.

Scouting venues for private event…read more Met with a gentleman named Greg. Very friendly and polite. Greg gave us a very thorough tour of the facilities and was very professional in answering all our questions. Nice venue. Adequate parking. Some ADA spaces. Large lobby area. Retro vibe in building due to wood paneling, sconces and other lighting and window accents/shapes and vaulted ceiling. Only issue I see is that ADA restrooms aren't easily accessible. They are located in another building.

It's time to change the announcers so that they do not spoil the children's psyche. 3. Police officers are often not on duty during the school process. 4. The food for children is incorrectly composed, many children feel bad after lunch. 5. There is no medical care for students during school hours. 6. Why do they accept different people from different countries to the school if there is no language teacher who will give a good lesson to the student. 7. The school district needs to be closed and a new one opened that will meet the standards for schools and children. 8. There is no control over the clothing and appearance of children. 9. A large number of children in the school is unacceptable. 10. The equipment for children is old. 11. Teachers get tired of working with so many students, they cannot convey excellent information to the students so that they are interested and want to go to school. 11. Whoever came up with the reviews and doesn't read them and draw conclusions, why are we writing here then? I demand that the president's attention be drawn to my review, so that the city mayor pays attention and resolves these issues. Thank you.

This school leaves an extremely negative impression. The atmosphere here is tense and unpleasant…read moredue to the constant conflicts between students of different nationalities, where some impose their own rules without respecting local norms and those around them. The school staff does not respond properly to serious problems -- the loss or damage of personal items is often ignored, and refunds or refunds for items cannot be obtained. Teachers behave rudely, do not show respect to students and do not try to create a comfortable learning environment. In general, it's hard to be here, and the level of organization leaves much to be desired.

I snitched, and they did exactly what they said. They knocked me to the ground and I fainted. I wish the staff would not have the stupidity of a 2-year-old and actually find bullies around campus. I saw those same kids bully this nerd. (No offense). The nerd also got pounded to the floor. He tried to fight back but they grabbed him by the wrist and twisted it. I know how High Schools are and why the kids have to go through this, but I did not know they were this bad. Overall don't take your kid to High School unless he/she is under supervision. Make sure the staff understand this. I hope this message finds you well and you know about the violence caused in these schools. Make a difference.

The staff is warm, caring, and truly dedicated to the students' growth -- both academically and personally. I'm especially impressed with **Mrs. Karim** **Ms Marquez** and **Mrs. Payne** -- they are amazing teachers who go above and beyond. My daughter learned how to read in Kindergarten and is now learning to compose full sentences with confidence and creativity. It's wonderful to see her enthusiasm for learning grow! Glendale Adventist Academy has created such a positive and nurturing environment, and I couldn't be happier with the foundation my child is receiving here. For those who write negative reviews- In 2025 the administration changed and with change comes adaptation- Most parents could not accept changes with stricter administrative regulations for safety.

GAA has been one of the most disappointing experiences we've ever had to deal with. At a Christian…read moreschool, you would expect kindness, compassion, and genuine community to be at the center of everything. But instead, my sister has faced bullying, exclusion, and cruelty from students who are supposed to represent love and faith. My family chose this school because Christianity is a core part of our lives, and we believed she would be surrounded by peers who shared those values. Instead, she was met with the exact opposite; mockery, unkindness, and behavior that is the furthest thing from what God teaches. This isn't about one student. This is a cultural problem, a failure in guidance and leadership. If a school claims to prioritize faith, then it should actively teach empathy, humility, and compassion and not allow hurtful behavior to go unchecked. Do better. Hold your students accountable. Teach them to live the values you preach, not just speak them. No child deserves to feel alone or targeted in a place that claims to be built on God's love.

I was bullied to the ground, verbally and physically, and when I complained to administrators they did NOTHING. In my math class, they simply moved the kid who physically bullied me to the other side of the room and told him to leave me alone. I dont even think his parents were ever made aware of what he did to me. Come sophomore year, I joined the Zoo Magnet and it was the best three years ever. The intimacy of the school means every single administrator knows you & your name. Every student. No more walking down hallways of one hundred students and twenty administrators, none of which even recognize your face. The counselors and teachers here worked with me individually. The teachers here really put time into each and every student individually. They care, because you dont just become another student in a pool of 500. This school made me excited to get up in the morning.
