They don't use new tools on your feet, which is a health code violation, they also use the same "cheese grater" & pumice stone on everyone's feet...the lady who did my feet did a fantastic job nonetheless, if you come bring your own tools. The lady who did my nails, did a sloppy job and didn't prep my nails right. She was going too fast with the nail drill and I had an open sore on my finger. My nails chipped 5 days in.
