I think this speaks volumes about the company. They closed my claim without finishing the repair or my knowledge. The service call record (as in the email below) indicates they looked at my right oven (I have a double oven), but it was the left oven with the issue. I was present when the service tech was there. He quickly diagnosed the issue (I believe he said it was a faulty ignition pan that was firing to early, and said he would need to order a new one). The truth is that this company has trouble following through with service calls. They've wasted enough of my time with Pro-serve, but I suggest you never let them start wasting yours. Below is a copy of our records regarding our last visit to your home: **10/30 BM out-Went to home spoke w/ customer about gas smell. Found gas smell to be in right oven. BM found igniter works, it just takes about 15 to 20 seconds to ignite burner. No gas leak and oven works within specs. No deductible, no repairs needed at this time. If there are problems with the oven at this time, the procedure is to place a work order with your home warranty; and they will assign us or another company to diagnose the unit under warranty. Regarding parts being ordered that would be up to your warranty company in this case. We suggest you contact them for coverage inquiries.
