I sent this letter to the office…read more To Whom It May Concern, My daughter had an appointment with your office on 05/06/21 for a consultation regarding her wisdom teeth being extracted. I was given your name as a referral from another dentist that I go to. I shared the information with my daughter who chose to schedule with you. She arrived to the appointment and was advised she had to pay for x-rays and for the consultation. My daughter thought the visit was going to be filed with my insurance. I believe the fees were $75 and $99. She called me because she did not have the money to pay for the services. I agreed to pay the fees but I had some questions about the fees. I was under the impression that the x-rays would be covered by my insurance company because I had just had x-rays at another dental office and they were covered. My daughter advised Jenna (I think that was her name) that I had some questions. My daughter states that Jenna's entire disposition changed. She was rude, annoyed, and flustered due to the fact that my daughter advised that I (her mother) had questions. I heard Jenna say "like I am not understanding...why does she need to talk to me....questions about what" I could not believe what I was hearing. My daughter said, my mother would like to speak to you. Jenna told my daughter to tell me to call the office. I called the office twice and it went to voicemail/automated system. My daughter said Jenna and the other staff were all sitting behind the desk talking to one another. My daughter went back to the desk to advise Jenna that I called but no one was answering the phone and this further infuriated her. I called again and someone answered the phone. I asked to speak to Jenna, the person stumbled over their words and said she is busy. I said, well she just asked me to call her so I am not understanding why she is busy. The person rudely said, what do you want to know? I asked, what kind of customer service is this....and before I could get the words out of my mouth, this person started raising her voice and talking over me. I disconnected the call. I called my daughter and advised her to leave. There can not be much disciplinary action being taken in your practice. If there were, this would have never happened. They did it because they know that nothing is going to happen. To get indignant and treat a customer like this over asking a question about x-rays..... I had to sit there for a minute. I could not believe that this happened....the blatant disrespect. Like my daughter was insignificant and I dare you ask our high class office about payment. I can only imagine what they told you in regards to this appointment slot....Oh, the patient could not pay so they left. I hope you will discuss this incident with your staff so that it does not happen to anyone else.

He explained to the front desk girl (Tammy?) what he needed to the T before scheduling the appointment. She gave a vague "come in and we'll see" and just wrote down "tooth pain" on his chart. The doctor took one look at him and says oh no we don't do crown retreatments. He's dumbfounded because that's literally what he told the front desk girl and she still scheduled him and then FORCED him under threat to pay, despite her not knowing what services they even provide. He's in excruciating pain and not only did they send him packing without care, but they made him shell out $130 on top of that. Train your staff better! I think her name was Tammy? On September 21, 2026, my 8:00 AM appointment was rescheduled because Dr. Taylor was having vehicle issues. I was asked to move my appointment to 1:30 PM, to which I agreed. While I was on my way, I was called again and asked to move it to 4:45 PM, which I also agreed to. While on my way a second time, the appointment was canceled entirely. Today, September 22, 2026, I received a call at 9:43 AM asking if I could come in at 1:00 PM. I agreed once again. Due to traffic, I arrived and checked in at 1:21 PM, only to be turned away and told that Dr. Taylor could not see me due to the office's grace period policy. Given that I accommodated multiple last-minute schedule changes and cancellations on your end over the past two days, I find it extremely inconsiderate that no flexibility was extended to me upon my arrival. They are hard to get on the phone also. When I show up after taking time off from work, all they do is reschedule. I called corporate in December, after the 2nd time it happened. They said they'd have someone call me. I finally got a call from the office manager in late February after calling corporate and the location again. When I called to schedule a new appointment (this is still from what I was supposed to have done in November), I was told that I'd have to have a totally different service since I hadn't been seen in 6 months. Um, it was 6 months because they kept canceling.

The receptionist was very nice and professional, she made sure everything was signed payment handled discreetly. Jose called me to the back to prep me and explain everything as well as asked me questions. I was going to be given IV anesthesia and was very nervous. Jose was very nice he made me feel at ease even offered a blanket because I was cold. If I could take Jose and the anesthesia home the visit would've been fantastic . Dr Keyser came in she was very friendly, I have small veins she found one in my hand on the first try, felt a burning sensation I was out. Perfect! I awoke to Jose being as nice as can be, he placed the ice pack around my head and wheeled me to the car and safely placed me inside. I have the worst fear of the dentist and of course I have pain afterwards but Dr. Keyser and her team are the best!
