His clinical team has also generally been very good. Unfortunately, the experience with the front office has declined over the past year. Recently, when scheduling an appointment for my elderly mother, we specifically asked whether they accepted her insurance. We clearly told them the name of the insurance and even sent a photo of her insurance card. The day before the appointment, the office called and texted to confirm. However, the morning of the appointment, they sent a message saying they do not take her insurance and that we could pay out of pocket instead. There was no apology and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, despite the time we spent preparing for the appointment and taking time off work. It was disappointing, especially given how long we've trusted this practice. I hope the office improves its communication and insurance verification process so other patients don't have a similar experience.

I feel like I can put all my trust to him when it comes my teeth. To me, he is not just a dentist, he love what he does and extremely good at it.
