We are treated like family every time we go for an appointment or receive a phone call for a reminder of our appointments. I have had the staff hold my hand, literally to get a numbing shot. They have wiped my anxious tears away. They are always so welcoming and attentive. They've seen my kids grow up right before their eyes. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone in need of a friendly, welcoming, attentive, convenient dentist office. We also got our babies ears pierced here which felt better than some kiosk in the mall. We had breastfeeding issues in my babies first few months so the Dr was understanding yet firm in making sure we were clear that what's most important is the baby eats. For the first time my baby had a high fever and I could tell had something more than a cold. They got me on the same day I called and confirmed a double ear infection was the culprit. A few days of giving her antibiotics took care of the issue. To have the peace of mind that my baby is in good hands is all I can ask for from a doctor.

That loyalty was earned at one time, but it has clearly not been valued in recent years. The decline in customer service and professionalism has been impossible to ignore. The most unacceptable experience involved repeated attempts to contact the office manager, Roger. I left several messages and received no return call. After being completely ignored, I went to the office in person, expecting at the very least a conversation. Instead, I was met with indifference and disrespect. After explaining my concerns at the front desk, a middle-aged man approached and immediately stated that the office was closing and that I would need to come back another day. He did not introduce himself, did not ask how he could help, and made it very clear that my concerns were an inconvenience. When I introduced myself, he admitted that he had received my messages yet still made no effort to address the situation. As I attempted to explain my concerns, he spoke over me, dismissed what I was saying, and ultimately walked away mid-conversation. Being treated this way--especially by someone in a leadership position--was shocking and unacceptable. After years of loyalty, time, and trust, this was the final confirmation that patient concerns no longer matter at this practice. While there have been multiple issues over the years, this encounter made our decision clear. After fourteen years, our family will no longer be receiving care from this office. In fact, several years ago Dr. Daniel alerted me to a potentially serious health issue I was facing while in his office for a routine root canal procedure. Dr. Daniel had taken my blood pressure before the procedure and found it to be at such a high reading that he held off on performing the root canal that day. Dr. Daniel suggested that I immediately go to my family doctor and have my blood pressure checked again. As a result, I was placed on blood pressure medication and able to get my readings under control. I was able to reschedule the root canal shortly thereafter. Just an example of how diligent Dr. Daniel is.

But the second one was excruciating, I almost felt like they didn't know what they were doing. It took them long long and so much force to get my bottom right wisdom tooth out. I was in so much pain and my mouth, jaw, and head felt so much trauma afterwards. They could not get it out. My head was jerking everywhere. Only to describe me opiates that no pharmacy would give me. So I had to endure that pain and the next few weeks with only regular tynelol. For some reason the pain never subsiding so weeks later I went there and found out that the tooth next to it(which had no prior problems) had been damaged and now needed a root canal and crown. I asked why had they never mentioned this or noticed it and they said it just happened fast. They damaged my other tooth and did nothing to help compensate . Thought this was a few months ago, I am still dealing with issues and I am almost looking into filing a malpractice claim.

However, when the physician came in to consult on my mother's case, he walked in, grabbers her arm without any acknowledgment or greeting. He seemed oblivious to the fact that he was causing her a great deal of pain. Only after I made a point of introducing my mother to him did he bother to introduce himself. NOT OK. I appreciate that he is busy, but the lack of respect was very hurtful. The fact that she can't speak for herself doesn't in any way make her less worthy of respect and compassion.
