Working with Donati's was one of the absolute best decisions we made for my daughter's wedding…read more Flowers were very important to my daughter and we were considering using Costco because we thought a florist would have outrageous prices for what she wanted. Thankfully the venue recommended Jeff. Jeff took the time to listen to what my daughter wanted- her style, colors and the overall vibe she was going for. A few days before the wedding, he even had us come by to see everything in progress which gave us so much confidence and excitement. And then... the big day. Wow. They knocked it out of the ballpark. The flowers were honestly the most beautiful I've ever seen - lush, elegant, fresh and absolutely stunning in every single arrangement. From the bouquets to the ceremony to the reception centerpieces, every single detail was flawless and overflowing with artistry. I got so many compliments about how gorgeous everything looked from the guests. Jeff went above and beyond and I can't recommend them highly enough. If you want breathtaking flowers for your wedding day, look no further. They made her wedding like a fairy tale and I felt the price was so reasonable.

When I just picked up the bouquet, I had asked for Star Gazer Lillies and Esperance Roses but what i got were 3 Roses and a bunch of White Lilly buds--Not Star Gazers. None of the lilies were opened, they were all buds. The bouquet was not even close to what I wanted. I was handed this bouquet and it was not even wrapped with cellophane--I actually had to ASK for it to be wrapped. I had told the girl when ordering that it was for my daughter who attended WVU--what color do you think the ribbon was--yes, they put BROWN ribbon on it. The whole thing looked like it was a funeral bouquet. I had to ask them to put blue and gold ribbons on it. I am very unsatisfied with the subpar product they gave me today. Generally, the quality of the products has always been superior, today I am actually embarassed to give this bouquet to my daughter after her award ceremony.

Last year we went with a different florist to avoid some of their fees (as delivery/service costs had gone up). We definetely paid for what we got at the other shop. This year we are back to Suburban Floral Shoppe and yes, it's pricey, but they deliver-literally great flowers. In the past they made the mistake of delivering the birthday flowers too early. This year I especified the day they needed to be delivered in CAPS letters in the comments stating when I wanted them delivered. I said NO EARLIER. This seemed to have worked as they were delivered on her actual birthday. Being that we dont live in town, simple things like getting flowers delivered, can become big things. Thank you again Suburban Floral Shoppe for delivering a beautiful bouquet on the right day!
