Completely butchered our wedding flowers. Put in colors we did not ask for. We confirmed the flower types and colors multiple times so that they would match flowers we were making at home. They went completely free style and messed it up. My wife's bouquet didn't match anything. Asked for 2 vases we never received. Paid over a thousand dollars for them to fumble this on our wedding day. Don't recommend. read more

My first time using Flowerama and I can't say anything bad about it. I ordered a Birthday bouquet off the webpage and was absolutely pleased with how quick and easy everything went. I loved the picture of the arrangement they sent to my phone after it was made! I felt like I knew what to expect and if I had any issues I could respond to them before it was delivered. The delivery was flawless and super friendly. With the price of everything all over the board I felt the quality/value was spot on. I will definitely return. Thank you to ALL involved read more

4.5 stars. Flowerama is a local florist business that is family-owned and -operated. Their website sells a variety of customized flowers for weddings, anniversaries, proms, graduations, holidays, funerals, birthdays, and other occasions. I have been a recipient of their flowers one time and a purchaser of a gift basket one time. First, my mother-in-law bought me flowers through Flowerama. On the day of the delivery, the delivery driver arrived at the correct address on the correct day. He could not get his phone app to work, so I could not sign for the flowers. He made pleasant conversation with me, and he handed over the flowers. The arrangement contained fragrant flowers, fresh berries, and a ceramic pumpkin, and it made a wonderful autumn decoration for my table. Second, I ordered a gourmet fruit basket through a national website, and Flowerama fulfilled the order. A delivery driver arrived at my house on the correct day. The fruit basket was expensive for the types and amounts of fruits and snack foods, but I think that the price was comparable to what other businesses charge. read more

I'm a last minute slacker. I'm in Florida so I search for a florist close to my Grandmother's house in hopes to get her flowers for her birthday day of. They delivered with in an hour or two via uber. I thought that was brilliant! In the past I ordered 1800 flowers and even in advance this big company could not deliver day of. I read this is a family owned business, support small business down with corporation! I appreciate you and my grandmother loved the flowers. read more

I just purchased an arrangement online for my sister. The amount charged to my card was $26.00 more than the total/amount cart showed. This price/ extra charges and fees were NOT displayed in my cart. Very misleading and fraudulent!! I will stick with FTD for now on. Im from Pittsburgh wanted to spend with local business. Too Bad! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS read more

The photo I added shows the beautiful rose bouquet I bought for our anniversary nearly a week ago. Yes, those roses are six days old, folks. Still looking pretty darned good, if you ask me. We only changed the water once. The staff at Flowerama is always helpful. They take you into the cooler where they have premade bouquets to purchase for walk in customers. You can also pre-order over the phone and pick up or have them delivered. They are a little bit pricey but worth it since the flowers are so fresh and last a long time. read more

Flowerama Pittsburgh - Rose Bouquet - six days old & still kicking! - Florists Near Me - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

the presentation was not what i paid for. What they delievered was not very apealing for 100 plus dollars.

Flowerama is phenomenal. I ordered 9 arrangements last-minute at midnight for same day delivery. I ordered through a mass online flower website. From now on, I will order direct from Flowerama!! The mass site gave the order to Flowerama. Flowerama called me straight away in the morning to talk about the design of the arrangements. They also happily and kindly agreed to change the delivery location so the flowers would arrive direct to the birthday party that same day. I ordered through the mass online site because I was afraid about the tight timing. Flowerama said they can absolutely do same-day rush orders in the future. From now on, I'll be placing my flower orders directly with Flowerama. Flowerama, thank you SO MUCH for the beautiful arrangements. They really made the party! read more

Needed to get a dozen red roses for my 33rd anniversary. I checked Yelp and Flowerama had great reviews. The store is laid out very nice and there is a good selection of flowers and assortments available too choose from. The staff where super helpful and really friendly. I got a dozen long stem roses in a box for my wife. The price was very affordable and the people where super friendly. If you are in the need of flowers I highly recommend Flowerama Pittsburgh. This is my new goto flower store and I will definitely be going back again and again. read more

Service 5/5. Flower Selection 5/5. Price 4/5 Valentine's Day was 2 days away on Sunday, and Friday afternoon I was searching for flowers to buy for my wife. I had tried one store prior with poor results. I was looking for nearby stores on google maps, and how lucky I was to have found this shop. Immediately upon entrance to the store, there is a beautiful display of flowers. We were greeted immediately, and the worker showed us around the store pointing out flowers that I was looking for. Everything on display was available for purchase, unlike previous stores that were reserved and unavailable. It was impressive to see how many arrangements were still available so close to a big holiday. I ended up buying a bouquet of flowers in a vase with a card. I felt the price to be a bit on the expensive side, however, they were definitely quality flowers that looked and smelled beautiful. Also, with it being last minute to Valentine's Day, the price seemed reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend Flowerama. They have a wide and beautiful selection of flowers with great service and expertise. I do not buy flowers often, but I now have go-to flower shop if I ever need to stop by or recommend to a friend. read more

Stopped here on a ride home from work for an impulse trip and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was incredibly friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the flowers survived a week (which isn't the case from most shops around town in my experience). I'm glad to have a local florist that I can return to - and so does my wife! read more

Customer service was fabulous. We needed flowers for a funeral and the staff was so patient and helpful.

My daughter's wedding this weekend was made that much more special and beautiful because of the bouquets for her and her bridesmaids, as well as the gentlemen's boutonnieres. Vivid autumn colors and gorgeous, lush flowers! Thank you so much for your care and expertise. Very, very well pleased with service and product. Definitely looking forward to doing business with you again. read more

Needed flowers delivered on a Sunday afternoon and Flowerama was fantastic! So friendly and helpful and the flowers were beautiful!

Great job for a special b2b delivery. Ty!! I was able to have a great arrangement delivered for a business celebration from out of state. read more

OK. Everyone has an off day. This is my third order and my first real disappointment. The dog looks like a teddy bear, it has almost no other flowers (despite the love pooch photos online). This time I'm not a happy camper. The last two times I was. Anytime I pay 60 bucks and then 80 with delivery and service charge, I expect the arrangement to look better. read more

Called to order flowers over the phone- wanted to send arrangement to my mom in an assisted living facility which is under lockdown and has very specific rules about deliveries. The person I talked to was very pleasant and understanding and promised a colorful arrangement. I specifically said no roses- wanted flowers more hardy for hot room. The staff at the home sent picture to me when flowers arrived- was very disappointed. Most of arrangement was greens- 3 roses ( which I asked not to use) and hodgepodge of a few other flowers that looked half dead. Florarama was suggested to me by a friend but I wouldn't use them again read more

Pulled together a simple arrangement when we stopped in this morning. Owner was very helpful.

Flowerama is the best.. literally! Exceptional service and quality! We'll never go anywhere else for flowers in the Pgh area. They've exceed expectations every time and have even saved us in a last minute pinch for an error by another florist in town. You won't be disappointed and they deserve your business! read more

I have never in my years as myself going to prom as well as my 3 children getting a flower arrangement containing berries. For the prom really and when I asked her she said I take all of nature into an arrangement which is fine is someone died I really don't know. The flowers for my daughter where soooo sad looked like a 5 year old did them. Never ever use again. Good luck. I hope whoever orders from them has a sent basket otherwise no return. Worst flowers ever ordered in my life. We ordered flowers for my aunts funeral. Total cost was $120.00. They were PATHETIC!!!! I could have spent $30.00 at Costco or $15.00 at Aldi and made a better arrangement myself. When I showed up at the funeral home. I was so embarrassed. Never again. Such a disappointment. I would never recommend read more

Order flowers for my wife for anniversary. Received an email flowers were delivered.....Flowers delivered to wrong address. After several calls to Flower Rama and calls from Door Dash, flowers arrived 3 hours late. Totally ruined the surprise for my wife. The Door Dash driver was very disrespectful. In the future I will use a florist that has their own delivery drivers and doesn't relay on subcontractors. read more

I ordered one dozen Oceana roses to be delivered to my wife for our wedding anniversary. Wasn't sure if the shop would be able to get them so I said substitute peach if not. Not only were they able to get the Oceana roses, they were the most beautiful arrangement, very aromatic and they've lasted well over a week now. My wife loved them. I couldn't be happier with the quality and service of Flowerama. read more

I've used Flowerama for years for mother's day flower arrangements so when it came to my wedding day, I knew I'd rely on them as well. Jess and the rest of the Flowerama staff worked with me to create my "vision" for our wedding centerpieces, bouquet, cake topper, and boutonnieres/corsages. They were wonderful and I got many comments on how beautiful everything was. I'd recommend Flowerama to any Pittsburgh bride out there. read more

I organized to get most blue flowers and no roses in my order. They later on said that it wouldn't be a problem and would do it! But whenever my fiancée got the flowers, it was the complete opposite than what I asked for. I wasn't originally there whenever she got the flowers since I live in a different country. My fiancée is allergic to roses so whenever she got home she started having an allergic reaction to them since it hurts for her to breathe. read more

I absolutely LOVE Flowerama , I am not one who likes ordinary flowers & the corsage I had gotten there far exceeded any expectation I could have dreamed of . I was so excited to tell everyone where I got it at & that I highly recommend them . Patty & her team of flower designers is the best I have seen. read more

I purchased flowers for my mom's birthday on March 2. She just sent me a picture of the flowers, 16 days since I purchased, and they still look amazing. I can't believe it! Definitely got my money's worth! Thank you! Also, they close at 7 pm and I called them 10 minutes before close asking if they could stay open late till I got there and they did! Great customer service! read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I wish I could upload a photo of what they sent on my behalf to a friend of mine. The flowers looked NOTHING like what I ordered, nor were they put in any vase. Not only did they not include a vase, but they were kind enough to charge me for the most expensive vase they could offer (which I chose to purchase). I would not recommend buying flowers from here. Maybe if you go to the shop in person, it's different but to think that they scam people who purchase online is unsettling. read more

They deserve 0 stars. My fiancé ordered me flowers and chocolate from here for my birthday. He gave them specific instructions that I would not be home and it was okay to leave them on the front porch. He also gave them my phone number for delivery, which they magically lost. For some unknown reason they decided to leave the flowers with the neighbor two doors down. I had never met this neighbor, and still have not! They never alerted my fiancé to this change in plans. He questioned where did my package go? Needless to say the neighbor never gave me the flowers or chocolate. When I called the store about it the next day they said it is "customary" to leave flowers with neighbors. Really?!?! Who does that? They said the neighbor would bring my flowers and chocolate over to my house later and they thought that was acceptable. You expect me to eat chocolate from some random persons house? What a waste of money. Completely terrible. No refund was given. And the worst part was they did not see anything wrong with what they did. DON'T GO HERE! read more
