They also gave me a more than fair value for a trade in (double what another dealer offered me). It pointed to a spot about 12 feet in front of me. The paint job was terrible with rough spots on the hood and drips and runs along the bottom edge of my fender. They installed paint protective film (that they were not to install per the work order) and trapped several bubbles under the film. My advice to you would be to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I was on a road trip with my friend and our catalytic converter broke. We were panicking and nowhere else in Taos could see us before the next week, by which time we were supposed to be far across the country. But the woman at Friday Motors agreed to squeeze us in. And then, when it turned out there was more damage than we thought and they didn't have the part on hand because of how old the car was, she contacted multiple places before finding one that could overnight the part and we were able to drive off the next evening. They were also extremely hospitable and helped us get a rental car at a discounted rate to get around town. Definitely would give five stars and recommend to anyone!!

With me- She was argumentative and slightly aggressive! She wouldn't answer questions and would only book an appointment. Something tells me that's how she treats everyone and feels above people. She lost revenue for the company because she's too dumb to simply BE HELPFUL to me and other customers. I got the work done elsewhere. She should be replaced ASAP!! Very bad Customer Service!!!
