Fustrated yes, not yelling. jason told me to call back on monday, there would be someone with knolage there then. Geeze. It will be nice when napa finally gets its doors open here in town. Napa tends to do things on a more professional level. Dont waste your time or money here.

The manager said, "You're not our customer your theirs." He initially refused to tell me what the warranty was for even 'their' customers and finally told me it was 90 days. I've never been treated to rudely and unprofessionally at an auto parts store. No attempt to even explain their policies or apologize that he couldn't ( likely wouldn't) do anything for me. Why not try Checker or another auto parts supplier in town?

(I needed to switch out my license plate and get new windshield wipers. Exciting times.) First, it's super convenient to have a fully stocked AutoZone in LA. Second, the AutoZone employees were incredibly polite, patient, and helpful. I got everything I needed and they helped with the install of the wipers. I definitely recommend this shop. This place is a disaster for tires. The staff are mostly kind and will tell you they have your…read moretires in stock on the phone and even upon arrival. On my first trip there, they said they had four tires for my car. Once they had the car up and my old tires off, they said they didn't have four tires. So they put two on. Shortly after, my old tire blew. I went back for the remaining two, and once again, although on the phone they said ten of my tires were in stock, they couldn't find them in after I waited 2 hours. They finally found tires, and installed them. About a dozen employees were around but only one or two of them barely working on the cars in line for tires. After I paid, I realized they didn't put my spare back but left it out in the shop. No one would take responsibility for having done the work on my car. It was a mess and took about 4 hours. This all has been a tremendous waste of time- it's well worth going somewhere else.

And, they have a great twice-a-year sale on windshield wiper blades, so there's that. The staff are pretty much always friendly; the manager's sense of humor should usually be taken with a grain of salt. (E.g. come in the door, hear "We're closed!" I start heading back out immediately, then he tells me he was kidding...)
