I was on a road trip with my friend and our catalytic converter broke. We were panicking and nowhere else in Taos could see us before the next week, by which time we were supposed to be far across the country. But the woman at Friday Motors agreed to squeeze us in. And then, when it turned out there was more damage than we thought and they didn't have the part on hand because of how old the car was, she contacted multiple places before finding one that could overnight the part and we were able to drive off the next evening. They were also extremely hospitable and helped us get a rental car at a discounted rate to get around town. Definitely would give five stars and recommend to anyone!!

But when I went in I spoke to a friendly woman who estimated the repair on a low mileage Chevy transmission would cost two-three times what Friday's had estimated She spoke to her husband who also worked there and was a transmission expert at the dealership and he'd said not to do the repair at that time. Just watch for warning lights to come on. I took my car to a local garage who fixed all issues at a fair price. No leaks.
