Came here a year ago (what can I say it's taken me a while to get through my to-do list and write this review) and the service was so good I had to come back and give them a review! I was on a road trip with my friend and our catalytic converter broke. We were panicking and nowhere else in Taos could see us before the next week, by which time we were supposed to be far across the country. But the woman at Friday Motors agreed to squeeze us in. And then, when it turned out there was more damage than we thought and they didn't have the part on hand because of how old the car was, she contacted multiple places before finding one that could overnight the part and we were able to drive off the next evening. They were also extremely hospitable and helped us get a rental car at a discounted rate to get around town. Definitely would give five stars and recommend to anyone!! read more

I got a coupon for an awesome deal on an oil change and tire rotation. The guy said it would take an hour which is normal for that sort of service. It has been more than 2 hours so I thought I'd leave this review. Priced well but took long. For a 2012 Tundra it can cost around $90 to have a shop change your oil. Friday motors did it for 1/2 that. read more

Wow. I do not recommend their service department. My blazer was stuck in 4x4 low and Friday Motors was my choice- thinking they were experts in all things Chevrolet. They had my car for a MONTH. They never called me once to fill me in or update me. I had to call them everytime. Their sales department did call me twice to try and sell me a car.... One time I called to check in, they said they would call me back- they did not get my information and hung up the phone....not professional at all. How did I find out my car was finished? I called them to check in... "I was just going to call you..." Right.... In the future, they would do well to have their service department keep customers informed.... THIS WAS WHY I DID NOT BUY A NEW CAR FROM THEM....I will be buying, but not from Friday Motors... And, I will never take my car their for repairs again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. read more

Bought a car from here last year, July 2018. I've had nothing but problems since the day i took the car back to get my breaks fixed, even had to get a loaner car, mind you i only had the car two weeks and it needed severe maintenance on the breaks. not even a year later im paying over 700 to have the front done, all the way to the calipers. no way iv run all that down only having the car for maybne 7000 miles, all of which should have been done when i took it in initailly. i was hearing squeaking in the front so i brought it to as small shop here in alb and now i have a huge bill, which should have been taken care of the first visit. as soon as the vehicle is fixed, i will show up with the bill, along with my attorney. maybe they sold companies because they couldn't keep up with the horrible service. the car was severely keyed on the driver side. the company filled it with wax and after about 6 runs thru the local car wash. the key marks came to surface. id have to completely do a new paint job to make it look even close to how it did when i purchased the vehicle. horrible horrible, and now im stuck with it and a huge bill. completely dissapiointed, as i was born and raised in taos. my family has purchased many cars from there. read more

My car unfortunately broke down right as I was leaving town so I brought it to Friday Motors on some local friendly advise. They were able to diagnose and replace my water pump and another issue I was unaware of in a very short time. They also found out my warranty information on their own and fixed my car free of charge. All of the service department employees treated me courteously and professional. I would strongly recommend Friday Motors to anyone. read more

The people there are the biggest phomies in the business. After much nodding and smiling at the few demands made re a vehicle purchase, the deal was written as if the buyer wasn't in the building until time to pay. Then the big push to get you to accept their terms. 6 hours after an offer the written deal was well above what was offered and the trade value demanded was cut by 25 percent. It was walk away time except they lost the keys to my car. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND i AM NO SPRING CHICKEN. read more

We were so pleased with the sales and service of the team when we purchased our" new to us" 2010 Ford Truck. Joe was very knowledgeable on the pick up when we closed the deal. He took the time to go over every bell and whistle. The finance manager, Elmer was a delight to work with as well. The whole process was easy, fun, friendly and fast.
