As soon as we were seated, plantain chips & dip arrived, complimentary appetizers! We started our meal with The Hola! Sampler: Cuban-style tamale, ground beef empandas, fried shrimp, and ham croquettes served with sriracha mayo and guava BBQ dipping sauce. Our quad ordered two Cuban-style Churrasco. It was seared steak topped with the house-made chimichurri sauce served with white rice & black beans and plantains. The meat was so tender, we cut it with a butter knife. Perfect portion for two! Delicious! Both dishes tasted like it was a family recipe. The postres, desserts were the perfect end to this meal: cheese cake with guava drizzle & tres leche cake.
