I called and was scheduled with Natalie. When I arrived early for my appointment she greeted me warmly and didn't hesitate to take me right away. I am a Caucasian woman with thick, curly hair. I let Natalie know that I wanted to remove some of the weight of my hair and intensify the layering, all without removing the overall length.
