They proceeded to redeem the entire certificate - for $300 - when the service was only $55. When I discovered what had occurred I contacted them and their customer service was horrible. They indicated that the type of certificate was to be redeemed once and could not be used for smaller amounts so I now have a credit with them, which I don't want!.
