Hannah did a great job with my daughter's challenging hair. It is very thick and wavy and usually takes a stylist three times the time they think it will. Hannah was patient and kind and I especially appreciated that she spoke mostly to my daughter rather than looking to me when asking questions (she's 12 so she really hates her mom speaking for her). The salon is clean, calm, and the staff is lovely. We will for sure come back when we're in town on vacation. read more

Always a great haircut. Professional salon. I especially love that no manicures or pedicures are done here for those of us very sensitive to the odors. Will continue to be a client read more

Style and brows waxed, Kate always does a outstanding cut and style, the salon is always pristine and I love being greeted by Cooper as that is a pleasure all to itself, the salon staff is amazing some of the most friendly people on the mountain and I am very happy to have found Expressions Salon. read more

Three stars for a number of reasons first of all I went in and the gal said it was $45 for a medium trim, which I thought was kind of steep. Then the gal started to cut my hair and she asked me if I wanted it washed and I said sure and so she washed it. She started cutting my hair and she took a good 3 inches off of it which was OK but it was a little shorter than I wanted and I asked her to layer it so I could flip it up. So now my hair just sits on my shoulders and she starts layering it in front which I really didn't want it layered but she didnt layer anywhere else. She parted my hair down the middle took about a quarter of an inch if that and layered that only but she layered it 3 inches from the bottom of my hair . So I've got a blunt cut with one 3 inch layer in front and down the middle. I sat in the chair one hour for a trim. The stylist was very nice well kept and friendly. The shop was clean and put together well. I was also surprised the stylist only been cutting hair a year. I expected someone more seasoned for that price. When I paid the cut was 55$ not 45$ sooo after the tip 65$ for a trim. Won't go back , ever. I tipped 10$ because I assumed she had been hired unqualified. read more

I had a good haircut by Tailey. She was courteous and competent. Recommend this stylist.

Had my hair done by Kate, she was super friendly and very professional. I loved how my align hair cut turned out! It's hard to find a good hair stylist in a small town, but I'm so glad I did! Cute salon as well and will be checking out their Esthetician sometime soon! read more

They were friendly and the salon was nice but I just wasn't happy with my haircut. Once I tried to style it myself I found a lot of it was uneven and not blended. I wish I weren't disappointed. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! BEWARE....I went in for a Balayage touch up with Tailey. I left with all of my blonde gone and orange stripes and bleeds throughout. She tried to fix it a day later but used an even darker toner without asking, and still all the orange was there. I was then charged for her to lighten it ! All of this was days before my wedding and they knew it. The owner never spoke to me and there were no apologies. I was in tears and couldn't get out fast enough. The worst !! I've had stylists make mistakes before but at least they fixed it with no charge.. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I asked for a balayage and got this. What the actual fuck. I paid $180 to get my hair tugged and pulled so unnecessarily hard that my scalp still hurts and a botched color. Also, what kind of professional business has a fucking dog walking around?! I'm extremely allergic and had to spend the 3 hours I was there suffering because their dumb idea to bring a dog in. Should I also mention that she dropped hair dye in my eye?!?! Extremely angry and disappointed. Fuck this place. read more

This salon is so cute and had a really nice aesthetic that I loved as soon as I stepped in. I was making a big hair decision by cutting off 6 inches, and Alie did an amazing job. She looked at the pics I saved for inspiration and took the reins. She knew exactly what I wanted and made my hair look better than I had ever imagined. This is my new spot for sure. Highly recommend! read more

Excellent hair cuts and color. Very reasonable prices. High quality products and services.

Ally is the one to see! Does a great job on men's hair!

Had a color and cut done by Allie. Very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend. I'll be back.

Such a lovely salon in a great location! Chelsea did a cut and color on my curly hair and did a fantastic job. I have received many compliments on the style and am extremely happy with it. I'll definitely be back! read more

Expressions Salon is fantastic place with very talented stylists and a warm calming atmosphere. Everyone in our family has had their hair styled there and we couldn't be happier. Our schedules are "fierce" and they are always willing to accommodate us. The Owner, Operator, Stylist, Kate Barber is just phenomenal and we have the privilege of having her cut our hair. If you're looking for consistency, a stylist who understands and listens, and a place you can count on to be there, this is that place. You won't be disappointed. read more

I love spending time here. Great environment and great people. Kate takes such good care of my whole family. Not only do we look great because of her, but we also have healthy nourished hair because she uses the latest greatest products. It's just an overall great place to get top of the line services done on the Mountain. And can I say, LASHES! Wowza! Love, love, love having my lashes done! Makes me feel like a super star! read more

Ali did an amazing job on my hair! Last time I got a haircut the lady didn't even look at my picture and totally butchered my hair. Ali was VERY sweet and made sure my hair looked as close to the pictures as possible. She was able to fix my bangs and layers. I'd say it was the best haircut I've had in awhile! Exactly what I wanted! Definitely will be back! read more

Had an absolute awesome haircut by Kay...! I so highly recommend this little gem of a Salon!

I went in for a haircut and color and was very happy with Chelsea! She listened to what I had to say and was very upbeat and personable! And my husband even commented how much he liked the cut and color . Looking forward to returning! read more

I'm came in as a walk-in customer a little nervous if they would have someone to cut & color long, thick hair and I was quickly relieved to have Lauren working on my hair. She really knows what she's doing and did a FANTASTIC job! I would highly recommend this salon. I saw some of the other stylists work while I was there & it looked like they did really good work, also. read more

Kate is just one of those stylists that has the gift. She is a true artist and understands her products, chemicals, how they all work. I am only up in the summer and periodically the rest of the year. I always look forward, and get excited when I need services from Kate when I am up here. I know she is going to do a great job listening. Lots of great photos on their FB page. read more
