She was professional and very friendly. The treatment left my skin velvety soft. Zachary gave me my 90 minute massage. He was also very professional very friendly and did an absolutely fantastic job working on my problem areas. Everyone at the spa was friendly and very accommodating. Since it was my first time, I do wish the "spa host" explain where I was being taken to, explain the facility in the dressing room (sauna, jacuzzi, shower). She just told me to wait. The young lady who gave me my massage was very good BUT both her hands & massage oil was very cold. On the hand, the facialist was very good & explained all she was doing. This is an amazing spa experience. Though the place looks small from the outside when you walk in and into the back it is amazing. I remember the last time I was here how great the massage was and how relaxing it was to be in the back and do the sauna steam room and spa and just relax for the day. I decided to book a massage and Karla did a great job getting rid of my aches and pains. Mosty the owner is no helpful and very nice. I really appreciated her taking the time to offer a ride to my hotel down the street as I waited for 45 minutes and no luck with finding anyone with Lyft. Wow. This is an incredible place that is a real spa in the middle of the Pinetop mountains! When you first check in, you need to wear a mask then the front desk will check you in and take your forehead temperature. The massage therapist used her mask the whole time she worked on me. They were great about using text and were able to get me in for a 60 min Swedish massage! Omg. I get so alive after the massage! Price is very reasonably priced. I'm hooked. There was a mix up in my reservation today. We had come up from the valley, and I was looking forward to a massage. Somehow my appointment was accidentally cancelled without my knowledge. The attendee tried to find someone else to come in to provide my treatment, but in that it was a holiday weekend, no one was available. She saw my disappointment and offered me a gift card for the next time I was up in the mountains. She went above and beyond, and turned a disappointing turn of events into a returning customer, who will probably spend more next time, because of their kindness. Just moved from Scottsdale to Pinetop this year so my exceptions are high when it comes to spa's. This place outdid themselves. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave, you would never know you are in a small town. My Esthetician, Carla Alvarez, was sooo sweet and professional. The bathrooms were beautiful and the decor was fabulous, they have hot tea, snacks, toilet trees etc for you to make your experience feel like home. They have a little shop when you walk in with great products. I'm an Esthetician myself and approve of them all. I can NOT wait to go here again. They have a cute little coffee shop next door called La Vie that is perfect for after you've been pampered. This is my go to place now and I can't wait to have a girl's day with my mom! I had the most amazing deep tissue massage and warm oil scalp massage from Brittany. I will definitely be coming back to her. We also used the ladies lounge and it was beautiful, clean and thoughtfully stocked. The attendant that was in the ladies lounge made sure that it was always clean, she checked on us often and made us feel welcome and taken care of! Mosty is the owner and takes such pride and care in her business. The interior is absolutely spotless and gorgeously decorated.
