But this time I had her cut it too and she used a totally different technique that she developed and my hair came out amazing. Even me doing my hair at home without styling it just putting product in and it looks great! My husband had his hair cut too and loved the way she did it. He usually gets home and starts snipping at his hair himself but not this time. And my Mom had her hair styled with a curling iron and her hair lasted the week and looked much better than her usual weekly stylist does it her in the valley. Can't wait to come back again. Next time I'll try to explain what I want in more detail, because apparently beautician lingo has changed a little since the last time I was looking for a new one, but am definitely willing to give this shop another try. Price for a ladies haircut was more than reasonable, I can't remember the last time I got away for less than $40, this place only charged me $20.

Went to this business to get a manicure and pedicure while in the area. I wanted to use part of a Spafinder gift certificate to pay for the charges but was not given complete information for redeeming the certificate from them. They proceeded to redeem the entire certificate - for $300 - when the service was only $55. When I discovered what had occurred I contacted them and their customer service was horrible. They indicated that the type of certificate was to be redeemed once and could not be used for smaller amounts so I now have a credit with them, which I don't want!. If a business is going to afford their clients the opportunitiy to use gift certificates they should be sure any pending credits, etc are clearly explained in the event they want to keep their certificate and use it in another location paying by some other means. When providing personal services to clients not only is the actual service important but customer service is just as important. Unfortunately in this case both were very bad.
