Went in for a cut on a Saturday morning and was told it was walk ins only. At the time the wait was only 3 other people ahead of me. Don't mind a wait so I sat in turn. Two hours later, after 4 new customers came in, I was told that they have a few reservations/appointments to take care of. During my two hour wait for the walk in only line to start, one of the barbers left for a "quick" break, leaving just one barber in the shop. Once that barber finished the supposedly reservation line, after waiting 2 1/2 hours, I was skipped over so that the barber could do a favor to the man who brought his young son as a walk in. This is the third time something like this has happened at this barber shop. Don't believe the walk in nonsense. They likely only cut friends and family while jerking everyone else around and waiting their time. I they can't ever tell me how to make a reservation either. read more

Had a great haircut two weeks ago with Shelly for $18. Yesterday I had the worst haircut ever with a different girl with an increased price of $25. Apparently Shelly no longer works at the location. read more

Don't make appointments with me for a military haircut and when when I get there, have 5 people waiting ahead of me. I have better things to do than spend a few hours in your lobby. I stopped in for a haircut, this morning. When I walked ins, there one gentleman seated in the waiting area of the shop. After he was called by a barber, Seeing that I was the only person waiting to get my hair cut. 2 more gentlemen came in and sat down to wait their turn The First Gentleman that came in after was called next. I stood up and said that I was next, at that point one of the barbers asked if I had signed in. Seeing that this was my first time at the Legacy, I responded that I had not signed in and didn't know about or where to sing in. I had waited over a half hour by that time. A barber told me that I had to wait until the other 2 gentlemen were finished ! I will never visit Lagacy Barbershop again. This in not how a family shop should operate. I've been three times now to the Show Low location with a different barber each time and the experience was fantastic. They are methodical with a high degree of attention to detail. I highly recommend the razor shave both for head and face with a hot towel and a beard trim! New blades for each customer says it all. Each customer gets their time in the chair for a true Barber experience; skills! read more
