These guys are con men!! Do not hire them!!…read more I was in a pinch to find a plumber who could provide same day service. Waterfront Plumbing (the father, Vicente) was available and they came out and provided me with a quote $650. Vicente verbally explained that there would be, "extensive digging required to reach and inspect a leaking pipe" in my front yard. Hearing his explanation of the work I assumed this job would require several hours. I agreed based on the description and details. However, To my surprise, there was NO digging literally ZERO, and he finished the job in 45 minutes. When I questioned him about the obvious discrepancy between what was verbally told to me and what was delivered on top of the fact it took less than an hour, I was met with, " you could have gone with someone' else." I was shocked Vicente stood firm on the $650. Lesson learned, we did receive an additional quote for $250-350 for the same work. $10 PVC pipe cost, but again based on the verbal description provided by Waterfront, we believed that the other plumber was grossly underestimating the extent of work required. Then we had a family friend with their own reputable plumbing business (not in SD, but OC) urge us to say something b/c we were definitely over charged. I hope this encourages others to ask for a detailed list of tasks and work on paper with a cost breakdown. I know we'll do that next time.

They did it swiftly and everything was clean afterwards. Their charge fairly well. Israel did a well job and nice to talk to. Likewise, calling them & scheduling a plumber is a breeze. We highly recommend Town & Country plumbing. Note: Last year we called someone to finish the drywall in our bathroom windows. It was neatly done but little did we know that a nightmare is about to happen. Israel drained out "mud" from the toilet drain causing slow draining of water. Note 2: we barely use the toilet thus it's only now that we have discovered this.

We had a water heater leak and were stuck without hot water. Mark was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone with me sending pictures of our installation. The install took a good while but they explained everything in detail, and did a great job. We looked into a few plumbers referred by friends and JC plumbing was the most responsive, flexible on time and also the most affordable option. Juan was extremely accommodating and able to come in as soon as our fabricator completed installation. I appreciated that the first thing they did was laying down tarps to ensure they keep their working surface clean! (Something out cabinet installers did not do and I wish they did). Most importantly, all of the work was very thoroughly done- after the work was done, he tested everything to make sure things were done correctly, and he also walked us through. We were very impressed by Juan and his team's knowledge and patience in explaining to us about maintenance and what to do if we ever get a clot in the pipe. On top of all, Juan is super friendly. My husband and I are happy we found him and highly recommend him to everyone!

Moore Plumbing and Drains has provided plumbing support for my home in Escondido three times over…read morethe past 6-8 years and they have always done a top notch job, reasonably priced, and done what they said they would do.. Jordan deserves special mention since he has always been outstanding. I don't normally write reviews, but the emergency I had last Saturday afternoon is noteworthy. As I got ready to take a shower in a downstairs bathroom the washer upstairs drained explosively and put nearly an inch of water in the downstairs bathroom. And all three of my toilets added to the water. I called Moore and Meghan stayed assessed the situation and gave me her private number. She didn't have anyone available but did recommend another Plumber in our area. I called them and explained the situation, but by 4 AM Sunday still had no response. Meghan called back and when she heard we were still without toilets, she scheduled Jordan, who came out on a Sunday cleared my drains with their state of the art instument and drain camera and one toilet was working within less than two hours. He then repaired my other downstairs toiletk installing a new complex sealing gasket that he had to run out to a friend for the part on a Sunday. All that and a cheerful attitude and a very reasonable price considering it was a Sunday. Moore has competent staff who take their mission seriously and do not try to up sell or take advantage of an emergency. A 5 Star Rating is not enough. Jim W
