It is very hard to find…read moreanything to complain about with this hotel except for the distance to downtown London, about 20-30 minutes total. It is conveniently located next to Hendon station with brilliant restaurants and pubs across the street. The room itself had complimentary drinks and on our last night they provided a bottle of very decent champagne on the house for our room. Room service was excellent and they catered to our every need. We unfortunately did not have a chance to try their breakfast or bar, which they have both in the hotel. All in all we were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the room, service, and area was and if we come back to London will be choosing this hotel again without a second thought.

The rooms and hotel are modern, and the room wasn't too small for London. It's a good place if you're looking to stretch your money during your visit. The value makes it hard to complain about the location, which is a 20-30 minutes ride on their subway/underground. When staying here, stopping off at the room halfway through the day of sightseeing is out of the question. It's a really good deal at The Hide. For the rest of my trip that included other hotels I found myself comparing the other hotels to The Hide. The Hide sets the bar high, and check it out for yourself if you can bear a 20 minute tube ride into tourists' central London. Also, it's worth noting that the Underground Station is a 2 minute walk from The Hide's doorsteps.

The hotel is also well positioned close to the M1 for those travelling up north. The rooms are as you would expect from a Holiday Inn, clean and comfortable. The check in and reception were friendly and helpful with directions and getting to Brent Cross Shopping Centre. It can be a bit tricky getting their on foot as there is a motorway and many bridge crossing to overcome to get there. However it is very close to the Brent Cross Retail park which has a Borders, NEXT, TK Maxx and Sports World. Overall a pleasant stay, however the price I paid per night I felt was overpriced!

Walking into the very beautiful gated entrance to the old building. There is a couryard in the middle surrounded by a reception rooms on the ground floor and hotel rooms on the first floor. Each of the hotel rooms are quirky and individual. Lovely place to stay in London.

I was extremely disappointed in their customer service and their unwillingness to work with us on any type of credit. We will not be recommending this hotel to others.
