Standard 1 queen non-smoking room - loved it!
Caylin B.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The building is beautiful and our room was even better. The location was fantastic. We were so close to the Earl's Court tube station which made it super convenient and easy to get around. This part of town seemed very nice and we felt safe here. There was a Co-op supermarket and Boots pharmacy very close as well. There are lot of restaurants and our favorite PAUL Patisserie. The room was beautiful and spacious. We stayed in room number 114 and it had a lovely bay window and balcony. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom had a very modern aesthetic but I hated that the shower enclosure was so small because every time you took a shower the entire floor was wet. The staff was polite and the rest of the hotel seemed very clean, as well. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast every morning and it was delicious. The croissants and pan au chocolate were so great. The service was a little slow here, but I think our standards for faster service in the USA may have been a little high. We used our IHG points are were thrilled that we were able to stay here for free! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely nook for drinks

If you like staying a bit on the outskirts of the hub-bub (which we do) in a lovely, posh, well appointed hotel with a cozy yet trendy nook for noshing or drinks - this is it! Warm, friendly staff... a wonderful breakfast...close enough to wander through neighborhoods OR the high streets, or simply hop on the tube or bus (depending on your prefered mode of travel) Love that treats and refreshments on offer in the mini bar/fridge in the room are complimentary, the size of the room (unlike most in our European travels, this one is quite large, considering) and really well put together. Random thought: love that this doesn't seem to be a "family holiday oriented" hotel - surely the staff would be gracious to all, but NOT having a screaming toddler at breakfast or in the next room @ 3 am happens to be a plus for us.

The only table for sitting outside. A must for breakfast!

Having not been back to London for many years, it was a bit intimidating to search for hotels. When I came across Hotel Indigo, the location, amenities, and price was just right up my alley. Earl Court station is right around the corner a block away from Indigo as well as restaurants, and food stores. You have all that you need. Situated on a quiet block, friendly and accommodating service is what you'll find at this hotel. Their morning breakfast is quality with nice selections of sliced meats, cereals, yogurts with toppings, pastries that include a gluten free option. This does not include the hot items they offer from their menu. They have one table on a tiny patio to enjoy your French press or cappuccino while watching people stroll by. Put this hotel on your radar- you won't be disappointed. I'll certainly stay there again!

Gap in floorboard

My family and I stayed 4 nights in 2 rooms. Other than good breakfasts, but uneven service, and mini bars (which were not always restocked properly) included in our rate, it was really disappointing, considering the price, even with a good location. The hotel is quite old and has been renovated, but not very well and not enough. One room had nonfunctioning AC, which was fixed in 1 day, and a phone that never worked, in spite of notifiying management. The room had a visibly broken USB charging port. The other room had a gap in the floorboards (see photo) and loose tiles in the bathroom. The furnishings were cheap. The chair at my desk was really hard on my back. One of our beds was not comfortable. The bathroom products were minimal and the towels were scratchy. The staff were friendly, but jeans and sneakers don't look appropriate at the reception desk. Perhaps they don't get paid enough to dress better. I thought being an IHG franchisee involved certain standards, but I was wrong.

TARDIS outside of Earls Court tube station.

Hip, but unpretentious boutique hotel in a quiet tree lined neighborhood. Friendly desk staff, and a two minute walk to the tube station that is conventionally on the Piccadilly line. Straight shot on the tube from Heathrow to hotel. Breakfast is delicious as well.

Standard room with queen bed!

I haven't even started my stay yet...just checked in. However, I am already in love with this place! Staffs are super friendly. The room looks so different (definitely in a good way), free minibar is superb. Do you know they even provide you a phone that you can carry around to use unlimited data and phone call? I'm so glad that I didn't purchase the SIM card! This place has just become my go to place for my next trip to London. (Yes, I just said that on my first day here!!!)

What's not to love about this excellent, stylish, friendly hotel? It's got a great relaxed vibe, friendly staff and sits in a great residential neighbourhood. We arrived on a flight to LCY, and a simple hop on the DLR, skip to the District line and, jump a few steps down Earls Court Road saw us arrive about 30mins after touchdown, we got checked in immediately at 9am, and enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the restaurant. Throughout the rest of our stay the team here where a delight, proactively offering late checkout they really take pride in what they do. It was great each day to return to such a quiet retreat and a simply great room. Compact, but wonderfully comfortable! Its really all in the details, from the tea selection, to the crisps and complimentary minibar, and wonderful Aveda products!

This hotel has an A+ location, looks brand new, and friendly staff willing to assist. 2 minute walk to Earls Court Underground location with a nice restaurant inside the hotel. A great choice for access to downtown, and in a great neighborhood. Local shops, grocery, anything you need is right here.

Also, this is one of the few hotels that have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom option without costing you over a thousand dollars a night. We came here at the end of July, and right after a massive heat wave. Our first room was beautiful and spacious for a hotel in London. The room came fully stocked with a kitchen and all the utensils and cooking tools needed if you wanted to make some meals in room. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't functioning. We ended up opening the windows (yes, this hotel has windows that open!) and got a good cross breeze. I reached out to hotel management and informed them of the problem. They brought up some swamp coolers and fans, with the promise to move us the next day to another room. We were promptly moved to a room on the other side of the hotel. It was a bit smaller in size, but was away from the busy roadway. Staff were fantastic. From the bell staff, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant/bar. All very friendly and responsive. The bedrooms are tight and tiny, so just be prepared. The bathrooms are small but adequate with stand up glass showers. The beds were super soft and cozy and the towels were large and plush. I appreciated the complementary cans of water to start off our stay. The bonus of this location, you are located right next door to probably the best Tesco in London. Tesco is a large grocery store, like Safeway back in the USA. We got lots of snacks, candies, and other essentials we ran out of during our stay. Remember to sign up for a Tesco rewards account, to save $. Each morning you get a free full hot breakfast. It is robust and includes delicious pastries and there is a fancy coffee machine to make lattes and mochas. All in all, great spot to spend our first six days in London.

We got there and after a long flight we were very tired but we arrived around 9ish and they were able to get us in way earlier at around 12 we were SO grateful. When we were leaving we needed a cab but the trains were on strike so we didn't end up getting one but the very very nice man at the front desk called every cab place in the area and was able to give us directions to a bus. Overall if I come back I'll definitely be staying here again!

The hotel had to meet a few requirements: 1) free breakfast. 2) Comfortable room 3) Be located near an Underground station 4) reasonably priced. This met them all by being a well-known brand, without breaking the bank. The employees are friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is located a 5-10 minute walk from the District and Piccadilly lines as well as the West Brompton train station. If you are in town for a football match at Stamford Bridge (Go Chelsea!) you are about a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel and lobby is very nice and clean. My room was very comfortable with a decent sized bathroom. It was clean with the exception of some mildewed grout in the shower. The breakfast was better than most. Lots of choices for food and drink. Plan it carefully because the later you sit down to eat, the more crowded it is. At times it was hard to find a clean table to sit at. And although it's supposed to start at 7 am we were able to grab some food at 6 am one morning. At night they serve drinks at a small bar. Considering how expensive London can be, this place offers a lot at a reasonable price. There are plenty of pubs and markets minutes away. I will definitely stay again next year.

I used my Marriott AMEX Brilliant free night award combined with Bonvoy points. 75k per night. Later I realized other great reasons to stay here. 1) It's a very short walk to Earl Court tube station. Take the short cut as you walk down the hotel one way driveway to Hogarth Road. Then it's 5 minutes to the tube entrance. Catch the Piccadilly line to Heathrow. 2) there's an executive lounge onsite. Located sub level. Stocked with bottled beverages, water dispensers, and hot food 5:30p-7pm daily, wine & beer served then, as of this writing the espresso machine broken, and 3) included breakfast in the Cast & Iron restaurant. Friendly hotel staff. The concierge Ash was very nice. He actually walked us outside down the hotel driveway to show us how easy it was to get to Hogarth Road. The hotel proximity to two underground tube stations was a big plus. And a very short walk to Kensington High St shopping district and restaurants was nice and convenient. We called a week before to confirm that the bed would be set up upon arrival as we were flying from California and would likely want to check-in and go right to bed. At check-in, they confirmed that the bed was in the room however when we got to the room we had been supplied with a pack-and-play for a baby. We called down and they eventually brought up a roll-away bed that looked older than me (late 40s) The room itself was tiny with limited, to no, storage. The room was also extremely hot, to the post that two in our group felt nauseated and had to go down to the street to cool down. After a few days of dealing with the heat, they sent up an engineer who by some miracle turned the AC on for us. The room felt tired and in need of a refresh. During our stay, only two elevators were working, one being out of order. We were there during the London Book Fair so the hotel was at capacity, not an ideal time to be down an elevator. It became a standing joke when getting on and off the elevator for our fellow passengers to wish us good luck.. The day after the book fair ended, the third, and apparently fastest, elevator was repaired. Good news for people staying after us. I will say the staff were lovely, from check-in desk to the members working the breakfast room. We all also thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast, the selection was varied, the food delicious, and the coffee machines were a great option. I might even say that this was the best included breakfast we've had in recent memory. All in all, it was an okay stay.
