I've used this cleaning company multiple times now and feel confident recommending them. As a mom…read moreof all boys, my home, especially the bathrooms, takes a beating, and this team consistently does an excellent job. They were even able to remove stains from our old cast-iron tub that I honestly thought were permanent. That alone told me they know what they're doing and care about details. What really sets them apart, though, is their integrity and communication. This is a family-owned business, and it shows in how they operate. From the start, they made it clear that if anything was missed, they wanted to know and would happily come back to make it right. That kind of accountability matters to me. I want a company I can communicate with and trust, not one that disappears after the job is done. Safety is also very important in my home, and I always feel comfortable with them here. They are kind, respectful, quiet, and focused. No phones, no distractions just efficient, professional work. They're fast without cutting corners, which is why I've decided to use them on a regular basis to help lighten the load. If you're looking for a dependable, family-run cleaning company with strong values, great communication, and pride in their work, this is absolutely one worth supporting. I also really appreciate their pricing. It feels fair and honest, especially compared to other services I've used that charged more for less.

Not once did they communicate with us. My husband showed them the rooms to be cleaned and that is the last we heard from them. We were told between a two and three hour cleaning was included in the price we paid. They were gone in about two hours. According to the owner that was the allotted time from when the clock started so if they don't finish cleaning at the bell they leave. The girls never walked us around the house to see how everything was when they where done they mopped the floor as they where walking out the front door. As they left I discovered dust that was not cleaned in multiple places especially on a piece of furniture by the front door they passed at least 7 times. Bleach was left all over the bathroom seat. I called to notify the owner and she said she doesn't do refunds I was not looking for a refund I wanted her to know the kind of work her employees are doing. She did offer to send them back or send someone else I refused as why should someone have to come back and clean again it should have been done right the first time. I now after paying $187 clean my house for everything they missed especially dirt on the floors. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this company. It is a shame because I have multiple families looking for cleaners as well and will not recommend them. I have pictures to prove the dust left behind on a few of the places. Big thumbs down!!

They sent a text message saying that their crew was involved in a car accident and needed to go to the emergency room! They asked me to reschedule to a different day (reading other reviews, I see this excuse was used in the past) Because I have family coming from out of town, in two days, I needed to find another cleaning service at the last minute! It turned out to be a huge inconvenience for me. I was disappointed, inconvenienced, and I have lost trust in them. I would look elsewhere.

Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

After using Merry Maids, I have greater empathy for the Fyre Festival attendees because I now know what it is like to be promised a grand service only to find out that you've been scammed out of your money. I paid Merry Maids to do the following: 1) clean the kitchen and the bathroom, 2) fold my laundry, and 3) take out the trash. I did not ask them to vacuum the non-bathroom areas, but I did request light dusting. I paid for two hours worth of cleaning. I was concerned about the costliness of the service (since other cleaning services I've used were not that expensive), but the account executive assuaged my fears by discussing their BBB rating, and I naïvely took that at face value. Two maids arrived at my house on the morning I requested the service. Before I left the house, I gave them a quick tour (I live in a one bed/one bathroom apartment) and let them know what needed to be done. I went to my exercise class expecting to be pleased with the service when I got home. When I left the exercise class, I saw a phone call and two text messages from the account executive; she said that they were only able to clean the kitchen, and she needed me to authorize more time. I was perplexed and livid because I realized that I paid $140 for two people to do the dishes and wipe the countertops. I texted the account executive back, and shortly thereafter she called me. She told me that since two people came, they could only work for an hour; so, she continued, one person cleaned the counters, and the other washed the dishes. In addition, she told me that they spent a lot of time cleaning up water because the dishwasher was leaking. I asked her why they didn't lock the dishwasher before turning it on, and the account executive, who seemed to have an epiphany as to why the dishwasher was leaking, acknowledged that the maids didn't think of doing that simple action. I came home to find that the kitchen counter tops were clean and the trash was taken out, but the maids left what they swept in the kitchen on the floor in a pile, and some of the dishes were still not clean!! The bathroom tub and counter tops were hastily wiped; the floor was neglected. I sent a photo to the account executive, and she rationalized it by saying that they had to stop abruptly because their time was up. Absolutely unprofessional! I called customer support multiple times, but no managers could be reached.

All-Pro Exterior Maintenance has done a lot of work in our house and it's always been great.
