I work in the industry so I'm usually picky and not impressed by dispensaries. This one, however, stood out based on quality of flower and dabs, location, and customer service. Our bud tender was super friendly and helpful, I didn't catch his name but I wish I had! He let us smell the flower endlessly and answered all our questions kindly. The quality of flower was also super dank. I will post pictures as I delve into each strain. Also, the 710 rosin is amazing and worth every penny. Highly recommend checking this one out if you're in Boulder. read more

I give it five stars because of their selection, and the prices we got on 420! Will definitely be coming back . read more

Helping Hands Cannabis - Durban Kush - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Boulder, Colorado

I was in Boulder with a free afternoon before heading back to Denver and stopped in for a quick pick up. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable and they had exactly what I was looking for. read more

This place had a wonderful female bud tender (brunette) that was super helpful. She gave me a nice education in bubble hash which in turn helped me realize a better wait to ingest the bh. I also splurged on all types of concentrates. The whole gamut. And honestly, their meds were far superior than the first dispensary I visited. She stressed they were all organic, and believe me the difference was instantly noticeable. The flowers too were impeccable. All around two thumbs up from the this guy. If In boulder, definitely get here. Oh and it's not even in pricey for a booming town. read more

Great service, the bud tender recommended a few single prerolls based on my preferences, and all of them were from their own farms. They even gave me some stickers and a lighter on the way out. read more

rating is 0. after 15 years of dealing with them, they close the medical and don't bother to notify anyone. Tyler you got out just in time 'cause they are destined to go out of business. 'unhelpful hands' is more like it..... read more

Very helpful to those who have never been in a dispensary. We enjoyed the safe, easy to shop experience. And in a beautiful shopping area Pearl Ave! read more

(medical review, not recreational) I love everything and everyone at helping hands dispensary! They really take the time to get to know you, what your needs are, and happily point you in the right direction. And always with a smile! These people that work here sincerely care about their medical patients. I've come to know each and every budtender by name. It's a slice of happiness every #medicalmonday where you get 25% off edibles. Everyday is a new special. My only regret... it's taken a full year and some to finally write a review of the amazing establishment. I consider these people family, and i hope this review leads you their too! read more

bud tender doing the switch-er-oo. Do you believe people don't notice you've sold them something OTHER than what you showed us? got home to find the bud I thought I was buying is NOT the same bud they packaged. Incredibly poor judgement as I have been a returning customer. Did you think I wouldn't notice that it hadn't been flushed properly? so harsh from the nutrients still being in the product, shame on you. it is un-smokeable. I will not even give this product away. read more

Unrelated to COVID: Don't bother calling them for assistance with curbside (or anything), even during business hours. You'll spend multiple minutes on the phone listening to prerecorded messages only to be told that no one is there to answer and that you should leave a message, only to be told that the voicemail is full and be hung up on. P.S. The Cheat Code is dialing their number, pressing 1, then pressing 2 for med (1 for rec). Don't bother listening to the forced messages. read more

Helping Hands continues to impress me every single time I go into their business. For someone who is disabled, their business is very accessible, which is the first thing I notice about most places. Next, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and happy to help. The vibes they pass on is reason to visit them, alone. What's really cool...during this Covid-19 pandemic, they've made getting my meds even easier. With no contact, curbside pickup...they make it super easy to re-fill and in a way that is very safe. Huge props to the entire team, for adapting to a new system so quickly. Keep on doing great. read more

I am certainly not the biggest partaker in the joys of the herbs (anymore, at least), but I have to pay some respects to this dime of a shop. Every single time I've been, the staff has been incomparably helpful and amicable. I know virtually nothing about anything that I'm looking at, so it's nice to have someone explain in layman's for me. From what I can gather, they have some of the best selection around, and have unbeatable prices. Furthermore, you can buy seeds, if you're more of a grower! read more

Traveling from NY. Showed up at 6:34 pm and they turned us away because they stop taking orders at 6:30... interesting cause time says 7 pm. Really disappointing guys.. read more

The owners are amazing people. Wish I lived closer to be able to go regularly.

Great experience at Helping Hands. Super helpful, friendly staff with great recommendations. While their selection is not extensive extensive, it was pretty decent and we left very satisfied with some edibles and a couple of grams. Conveniently located on Pearl St, through an easy-to-miss door nestled between Fior Gelato and Tahona Tequila Bistro. Tip: Bring cash! They do accept card, but for a small fee. Unfortunately, they were out of the mints I was looking for, but I got some sour gummies (yum) and also took the staff's recommendation and tried the Incredibles Strawberry Crunch chocolate too (also yum). Oh yeah! They also have a sweet late night "happy hour" special: free preroll with any purchase! read more

From out of town and drove around a few times u til i got to the right alley to the back of store. During the pandemic, the employee cane outside and explained we need to order online and they'd bring it out to us in the car. Very easy to order, employee was fast, friendly, and also wore mask for our well being. Gummies were great! Flowers were sweet! Hands down, helping hands dispensary a must go to for your stuff! read more

Let me in without a mask, were holding my card to process my order, and then asked me to leave. Not bare face friendly. Guess that was hopeful for downtown Boulder. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

I first time leave review, the staff here is really helpful and friendly, answer all your questions, I haven't try one in 10 years he gave me a free joint. read more

For arthritis I've been using CBD tinctures. I was already using Sweet Mary Jane edibles, so I figured I would stick with a brand I know and trust. Their tinctures were great. The nice thing about CBD Tinctures are I can use them during the day. The staff at Helping Hands is great. They are so kind and caring I look forward to seeing them. read more

I was curious to stop in here because I heard that Colorado has now legalized recreational cannabis and I think it is great for business and medical reasons. I support any business that helps people while providing a necessary product at a great value. And that's exactly what you'll encounter here at Helping Hands. I mean, "helping" is in their name! Would you want to go to a place that is "unhelpful"? Case closed! Check out this recreational and medical cannabis dispensary if you are ever in the Boulder area or if you live here and you are here forever. read more

Wandered in here as a tourist & found the staff very friendly & helpful. Our bud tender knew her stuff & gave her input on the different products available. I was able to take a close look at my purchase before it was made to make sure I would be satisfied, & boy was I! Credit cards are accepted but a fee is charged so I suggest to take cash with you. read more

This place is AWESOME! Great service, products & tasty buds. CHAD K. Helped me twice in 2 different visits. He has the passion and is knowledgeable about everything I asked! Bubblegum is a delicious strain that was suggested and I really enjoyed it. read more

I am guessing it's because this place is on Pearl Street, but it was WAY too crowded when we visited. To the point where no one helped us or offered to help us. It was honestly kind of stressful - I think they should limit the number of people who can shop in there at one time and make others wait in the waiting room so they can switch places with others. Product selection was nice, but pretty small. They sell grams for less than $20, which is nice, and more than I can say for other places I visited. Overall not my favorite. read more

Loved this place. Best dispensary I went to in Colorado because of the customer service i received. Luis was awesome, answered all of our questions and was exactly what i expect a budtender should be. I'll recommend this place to everyone! read more

Knowledgeable staff, great selections of a variety of products. My favorite dispensary in Boulder!

Everyone here was so kind to my husband and I! They helped us find exactly what we were looking for, as well as some awesome stuff we didn't know we were looking for. I walked out of this place with a new puffco, thanks to our incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable budtender! Can't wait to visit again next time we're in town. Thanks, Helping Hands!! read more

The nicest employees and the best selection! I loved this place! Only wish I lived closer- I would go all the time!!

We made it in just in time before they started turning people away. Friendly staff. Good selection. Kind of a markup- a few dollars more than other places I've stopped in- on edibles. Spacious retail area, as compared to others which feel like nothing more than a short hallway. Plan ahead to try to find street parking. read more

I give this store a 0 out of 5 stars. We were there today and they tried to charge us $100 instead of $20 for some edibles. We luckily didn't buy them but were able to find their prices online later. DO NOT SHOP IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN!! read more

I switched over my med caregiver to Helping Hands and could not be happier with 1. The service (I'm immunocompromised and love their curbside pick up) has been awesome! 2. BEST FLOWER IN BOULDER I've found in my 7 years of living here. You know it's good when it tastes good all the way to the bottom of your jay. 12/10. Only thing is I wish they had more edible options, but hey...living soil?!?! Can't beat that!!! Love them so much. read more

Arly was very nice and it's a friendly, clean space in an awesome location. Some enjoyable edibles for sure.

I went to this dispensary a few days ago for my first time. The herb is sub par in the way of crystal pack and flower density so it's not as potent as I would like. The taste is good at least. The was a lot of staff on hand, but I still felt preyed upon, because it felt like they had nothing to do but to try to rush my shopping decision and get me out the door as quick as possible. I also wasn't offered any first timer specials Over all experience.... meh read more

Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of your driver's license if you go here. I brought my Florida license issued in 2012, and they claimed it was fake. That's not why I'm writing this review. They tried to confiscate it. As I understand, it is legal for a business to confiscate fake IDs, but this was my driver's license, and I needed it back. They said they'd have to call the police if I wanted it, and I told them I'd call the police myself if they didn't. I waited a long time before the employees finally came back and told me the police were too busy. They threw my ID in my face and told me to get out. I understand being upset, but that was unnecessarily rude. If the police had arrived, they would have been charged with theft of property, so I hope they're more careful in the future. read more
