I work in the industry so I'm usually picky and not impressed by dispensaries. This one, however, stood out based on quality of flower and dabs, location, and customer service. Our bud tender was super friendly and helpful, I didn't catch his name but I wish I had! He let us smell the flower endlessly and answered all our questions kindly. The quality of flower was also super dank. I will post pictures as I delve into each strain. Also, the 710 rosin is amazing and worth every penny. This place had a wonderful female bud tender (brunette) that was super helpful. She gave me a nice education in bubble hash which in turn helped me realize a better wait to ingest the bh. I also splurged on all types of concentrates. The whole gamut. And honestly, their meds were far superior than the first dispensary I visited. She stressed they were all organic, and believe me the difference was instantly noticeable. The flowers too were impeccable. All around two thumbs up from the this guy. You'll spend multiple minutes on the phone listening to prerecorded messages only to be told that no one is there to answer and that you should leave a message, only to be told that the voicemail is full and be hung up on. P.S. The Cheat Code is dialing their number, pressing 1, then pressing 2 for med (1 for rec). Don't bother listening to the forced messages. read more

Helping Hands continues to impress me every single time I go into their business. For someone who is disabled, their business is very accessible, which is the first thing I notice about most places. Next, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and happy to help. The vibes they pass on is reason to visit them, alone. What's really cool...during this Covid-19 pandemic, they've made getting my meds even easier. With no contact, curbside pickup...they make it super easy to re-fill and in a way that is very safe. Great experience at Helping Hands. Super helpful, friendly staff with great recommendations. While their selection is not extensive extensive, it was pretty decent and we left very satisfied with some edibles and a couple of grams. Conveniently located on Pearl St, through an easy-to-miss door nestled between Fior Gelato and Tahona Tequila Bistro. Tip: Bring cash! They do accept card, but for a small fee. Unfortunately, they were out of the mints I was looking for, but I got some sour gummies (yum) and also took the staff's recommendation and tried the Incredibles Strawberry Crunch chocolate too (also yum). During the pandemic, the employee cane outside and explained we need to order online and they'd bring it out to us in the car. I am guessing it's because this place is on Pearl Street, but it was WAY too crowded when we visited. To the point where no one helped us or offered to help us. It was honestly kind of stressful - I think they should limit the number of people who can shop in there at one time and make others wait in the waiting room so they can switch places with others. Product selection was nice, but pretty small. They sell grams for less than $20, which is nice, and more than I can say for other places I visited. Overall not my favorite. read more

I switched over my med caregiver to Helping Hands and could not be happier with 1. The service (I'm immunocompromised and love their curbside pick up) has been awesome! 2. I went to this dispensary a few days ago for my first time. The herb is sub par in the way of crystal pack and flower density so it's not as potent as I would like. The taste is good at least. The was a lot of staff on hand, but I still felt preyed upon, because it felt like they had nothing to do but to try to rush my shopping decision and get me out the door as quick as possible. I also wasn't offered any first timer specials Over all experience.... meh read more

Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of your driver's license if you go here. I brought my Florida license issued in 2012, and they claimed it was fake. That's not why I'm writing this review. They tried to confiscate it. As I understand, it is legal for a business to confiscate fake IDs, but this was my driver's license, and I needed it back. They said they'd have to call the police if I wanted it, and I told them I'd call the police myself if they didn't. I waited a long time before the employees finally came back and told me the police were too busy. They threw my ID in my face and told me to get out. I understand being upset, but that was unnecessarily rude. If the police had arrived, they would have been charged with theft of property, so I hope they're more careful in the future. read more
