We didn't know what type of floors they were or if they were even solid wood and could be refinished. Greg was able to determine the type of wood (American Cherry) so he could then come up with a plan to go about refinishing them. Greg kept us informed about what he would be doing and what step he was on in the process. The whole process took 6 days because we got an extra coat and the weather was not helpful with letting the coats dry quicker. Our floors were pretty beat up, looked like the previous owner had a kids with cleats. The previous owners also did not put pads on their chairs or stools which didn't help. I am including some before and after photos. The work is amazing and would highly recommend Finish First Floors!

It isn't just that the work is done in a timely fashion, at an insanely high quality standard, and by truly exceptional tradesmen. It's also that they bend over backwards for us, return our calls in a very timely fashion, and when the service to be provided is a minor tweak, will sometimes just take care of it as a token of appreciation because of our repeat business! I would normally say something like "We can't say enough about them" but, in this case, here's what I CAN say: that we have already referred more than a dozen of our family members, closest friends, clients and business associates to them, and that we will continue to refer folks their way, in the weeks, months and years to come.
