I waited an hour to be seen, and when he finally walked in, he brought an attitude with him that could sour the wallpaper. No bedside manner, no warmth, no real concern--just arrogance and impatience. Then, without warning, he poked and pushed on my abdomen like I was a piece of equipment on his workbench. The whole office had the same strange, negative atmosphere. He also seemed very eager to push medications, almost like the drugs owed him money. I can't tell you how good of a surgeon he is. Maybe he's brilliant with a scalpel. But medicine is supposed to involve more than cutting and prescribing. Compassion matters. Listening matters. Treating people like human beings matters. And the icing on the cake? His written version of what happened didn't exactly match my experience. That's a problem. Maybe he's a great surgeon. Maybe he isn't. I only know that after meeting him, I'd rather roll the dice somewhere else. Worst doctor I've ever had the unpleasant experience of meeting. If you're looking for a doctor, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

First off the receptionist is absolutely atrocious, she has no idea what she's talking about and makes you feel horrible. Dr. Morissette does what the patient wants not what's best for the patient. He is a doctor and should know what would be too large or two small for someone's face and doctors should guide the patient into a decision that makes sense. I also feel that he should have had an office visit with me before walking by the me in the surgery room telling me he was going to add a combination of implants size XL to my cheeks. I Never discussed this with him in an office visit!Unfortunately, everything that Dr. Morissette did turned out horrible, and I was botched I spent $12,000 and now it is hard for me to leave the house . Dr. Morissette is a very nice man but unfortunately I had an awful experience that I have to live for the rest of my life. The implants were taken out my my cheeks are bulging out from him stretching them so badly. I also was left with an elevated lip on the right hand side! He took away half of my lip! Dr. Morissette and staff are amazing…read more I was grateful to have been sent to Dr. Morissette by my endodontist who was performing a root canal when she realized the tooth was not salvageable. She called Dr.Morissette and they got me in the next morning to remove the tooth. The staff was welcoming and sympathetic to my situation. I was scared because I have never experienced anything beyond a cavity. Dr.Morrissette explained everything to me, if I didn't understand something he was kind and simply went over the procedure again. He removed the tooth that morning without any complications. During our visit I noticed he also did cosmetic procedure's. I prompted an interest in Botox, fillers. and peels. Again without hesitation he gave his opinion on things that may help brighten up my features. In no way did I ever feel him pushing me into anything, in fact it was quite the opposite. I did end up doing a TCA peel Botox and had my lips done. I could not be happier with the outcome of everything. Dr. Morrissette has a lot of energy and is confident with his skill. I'm still waiting for physical therapy, I wasn't given a prescription as of yet, had my surgery about 5 weeks ago, maybe it's too soon for physical therapy? I don't know. My experience with his staff is ok except for this one lady "Jacque", she's not the friendliest, she's been rude and unprofessional, not a pleasant experience with this lady from the beginning unfortunately.

I had to explain to him that after my last surgery he had to drain the site several times and wanted to know if we could put a drain in for this surgery. He point-blank said he did not have the prior records right now and did not have an answer for that question. I have now been waiting two weeks to have a lumpectomy (with positive cancer biopsy) scheduled and when I called to see what was going on, they really couldn't give me an answer other than with Dignity taking over it was all just a mess and to expect a call from the scheduler tomorrow. - - Which is exactly what they told me a week ago when I called. This is such a predicament, as I do know Dr. Dixon does great work, but I have been left in a very unnecessary and unsettling situation.

He asks many questions and listens carefully to assist in his assessment of patients. I can't think of a better physician to rely on for treatment of my own cardiovascular system. I feel great about his assessments and explanations of my own medical condition. I've found a cardiologist I'll be sticking with for a lifetime which I believe he will help to extend under his care. The practice is quite busy so interaction with the front desk was very limited. Mask mandates are in force and the Dr. Kong and his staff in the medical area were very delightful and caring. Once I actually was taken to the exam room, which was a lot longer than I had anticipated. My appointment was at 10:00, but did not start my turn with them doctor until 11:30, however I do take into consideration that their average patient this day appeared to be in their late 60's to late 70's and in a rather compromised condition, and in these matter often Doctors & Nurse need more time with these compromised patients. I personally do not mind waiting.
