Dr. Morissette and staff are amazing…read more I was grateful to have been sent to Dr. Morissette by my endodontist who was performing a root canal when she realized the tooth was not salvageable. She called Dr.Morissette and they got me in the next morning to remove the tooth. The staff was welcoming and sympathetic to my situation. I was scared because I have never experienced anything beyond a cavity. Dr.Morrissette explained everything to me, if I didn't understand something he was kind and simply went over the procedure again. He removed the tooth that morning without any complications. During our visit I noticed he also did cosmetic procedure's. I prompted an interest in Botox, fillers. and peels. Again without hesitation he gave his opinion on things that may help brighten up my features. In no way did I ever feel him pushing me into anything, in fact it was quite the opposite. I did end up doing a TCA peel Botox and had my lips done. I could not be happier with the outcome of everything. Dr. Morrissette has a lot of energy and is confident with his skill. Some may misinterpret this but I assure you he is very good at what he does and that is what matters to me. Andrea R.

Dr Dixon is great...however, Dignity Health is taking over his practice and his business is a mess!…read more I had an appointment with him and he did not have the medical records of the prior surgeries he has done for me....... I had to explain to him that after my last surgery he had to drain the site several times and wanted to know if we could put a drain in for this surgery. He point-blank said he did not have the prior records right now and did not have an answer for that question. I have now been waiting two weeks to have a lumpectomy (with positive cancer biopsy) scheduled and when I called to see what was going on, they really couldn't give me an answer other than with Dignity taking over it was all just a mess and to expect a call from the scheduler tomorrow. - - Which is exactly what they told me a week ago when I called. This is such a predicament, as I do know Dr. Dixon does great work, but I have been left in a very unnecessary and unsettling situation.

Just this month I had a similar pain on the left side of my groin only this time much more painful. I wondered if he was still practicing. To my surprise, it was just like going back 13 years. Caring and knowledgeable. The outcome was better then expected. The office staff is also a joy to work with. Would not consider going to anyone else.

I didn't think I could ever have this done, but oh my gosh I did and he was amazing and all of his associates are amazing as well. Everybody was kind and helped me through my journey, and I am forever grateful! I highly recommend if you are having this type of surgery to go see Dr. Flynn. The office is clean. All of the nurses are wonderful. The Front Office staff are wonderful.! The hospital in Santa Paula where I had my surgery was also wonderful. I could not ask for a better care.!

From the very first consultation to post-op follow-ups, the level of attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care I've received has been extraordinary. Dr. Fahradyan is truly exceptional. His skill, precision, and artistic eye are immediately apparent, but what sets him apart is how deeply he listens. He never rushed me, always took my goals seriously, and made sure I felt informed and confident at every step. My results have been life-changing in the most affirming way. I feel seen, aligned, and finally at home in my body. Dr. Flynn brings such a calm, reassuring presence to the surgical experience. His bedside manner is incredible, grounded, kind, and confidence-building in moments when that matters most. Knowing I was in his care made the entire process feel safer and more supported. A huge thank-you as well to PA Vivian, who is an absolute gem. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. Whether answering questions, checking in post-op, or making sure no concern went unaddressed, she consistently went above and beyond. You can tell she truly cares about her patients as people, not just cases. And finally, the entire Anacapa Surgical staff deserves recognition. Every nurse, coordinator, and front-desk staff member has been warm, respectful, and responsive. As a transgender patient undergoing gender-affirming surgeries, feeling safe and affirmed is not optional, it's essential, and Anacapa Surgical delivers that in every interaction. I was treated with dignity, kindness, and respect at all times. If you are considering surgery, especially gender-affirming care, I cannot recommend Anacapa Surgical highly enough. This is a team that combines technical excellence with humanity, and that combination makes all the difference. I am profoundly grateful for the care I've received and would choose them again without hesitation.

He asks many questions and listens carefully to assist in his assessment of patients. I can't think of a better physician to rely on for treatment of my own cardiovascular system. I feel great about his assessments and explanations of my own medical condition. I've found a cardiologist I'll be sticking with for a lifetime which I believe he will help to extend under his care. Btw, his image specialist, Tommy, does a great job with setting up stress tests, and his assistant , Breanna, round out a great team. Highly recommended.

Dr. Dukes is an excellent, life-saving doctor whose reputation speaks for itself. This review is strictly about the business practices and office staff. From the beginning, the office staff has made an already difficult time significantly more stressful. While this is not the first issue I've had, I generally avoid leaving negative reviews. Unfortunately, a recent billing experience left me no choice. I received a bill for a visit that I had already paid for. I use my credit card for all transactions, specifically for record-keeping, so I have clear documentation. I called expecting a simple correction, but that was far from the case. After explaining the issue and providing my transaction statement, I was told that the payment I made in the office was applied to a different charge that had not yet been billed to me. This was never explained at the time of payment. The front desk did not mention any pending or future charges, and I was explicitly told my copay would be a set amount. After being placed on hold multiple times, I was told the bill was actually related to a service associated with my defibrillator. I explained that I was never informed--verbally or in writing--of any monthly service charge, nor did I sign paperwork authorizing such a service. Additionally, the bill itself does not reference this service at all; it clearly states it is for a doctor's visit. After nearly 45 minutes of back-and-forth, I asked to speak with the office manager, who was unavailable. I was then transferred to another associate and had to repeat the entire situation yet again. This person also could not explain how I was being charged for a service I was never informed about or agreed to. I was originally told my insurance would cover everything except my copay. I was eventually told there was nothing they could do and that if I wanted to stop the service, that was my choice--only to then be told it would need to be approved by the doctor. It makes no sense to offer the option to stop a service if the decision isn't actually mine. Overall, this situation feels disorganized and questionable. I was billed for a doctor's visit I had already paid for, and that payment was apparently applied to an entirely different service I was never told about. Had the charge been clearly explained or billed correctly, this confusion could have been avoided. Because of this experience, I will be speaking with my primary cardiologist to determine whether I need to continue care with Cardiology Associates, as they are not providing services that I cannot receive elsewhere--without the added billing confusion
