I have been a patient of the Drs since she was a PA and with a different company. I was experiencing some anxiety and emotions (which I explained as soon as she came in) and was clearly upset. However, instead of being kind, comforting and understanding, She behaved as if I was angry. I told her I hadn't been to the dr in awhile and just feeling anxiety. She didn't like the way I was sitting in my chair with one leg up and spoke to me as if I was a child and not a 40 yr old woman. Then she said she couldn't continue the appt or care for me at all even in the future. This is upsetting and not how someone should be treated by a DOCTOR. I definitely don't want her as my dr if she can't show empathy when someone is upset/crying. I felt judged and dismissed. I've never been treated this way by a Dr. and hopefully no one else will be.
