The project ran weeks over the quoted time frame and I had to hire a tile cleaner to power clean the entire first floor because they did not put ANY protection on the floors while they worked. Now the j-channel and siding along several roof-to-wall intersections are significantly warping, buckling, and pulling away from the house. It's doing this on the front and back slopes of my home where the j-channel meets the shingles (see the additional photos I posted). My original review documents all the problems I had working with Stonebridge over the 7-months it took them to finish my project. Three months after the finish date, I'm now having more issues from the work they did. If you want your roof/siding job to go smoothly, be managed properly, and be installed correctly the first time, I highly recommend you look to another company. Although I appreciate Stonebridge standing behind their work, I do not recommend using them due to the poor installation and project management issues I've experienced working with them.

The biggest complaint is lack of respect for my family's time. The last day they had roughly two hours of work and left to allow for drying again, telling me they would come back next morning. I had to message them 40 min after they were supposed arrive to ask if they were still coming, they did not reach out preemptively. At that point my husband and I decided to just finish ourselves, as they said they could come at 11 or Monday. In addition, two of the 4 days they came they had to leave to go get materials (which they ask for 1/2 up front to purchase materials). Both times they were out from the project for 1.5-2 hours (one day they had to leave twice). The work was good, with the exception of one area that we had to repaint. But poor time management made this experience not good.

We are now 2 months after closing and crickets. The work is not done and they are not responding to either calls or texts. The house also came with a one year warranty under the condition that any work done be completed by their contractors. Their contractors either fail to show for scheduled appointment or refuse to do the work because they are "too busy", thus making the warranty worthless.
