Lovely food and very good waiting staff. Service was fast considering how busy it was. Highly recommend this restaurant/bar.

Servizio orrendo! WORST SERVICE EVER! We order drinks including a bottle of Prosecco, the girl with orange hair brought them but missing 3 glasses for the water and 1 of the wine glasses, I asked her and she didn't apologize nor smile-she seemed in a bad mood. We had to wait 30 minutes to order the food which arrived late we waited 1hour for the first 3 & 30 minutes extra for the last 3-they arrived in batches! The tall guy with long hair had an attitude and didn't even answer when we asked about our food. The girl with black hair apologize when she came over after one of us went to the bar to ask again about our food and she checked to see what we were missing. The other girl with violet hair was nice and apologetic but telling us that the incredibly long delay was due to some unexpected business from a rugby team presentation was unacceptable. The food there is good, but those waiters need better training and the cooks need to be faster no matter the circumstances. I've eaten there several times, and the service is never great or fast, but after this last visit tonight, I won't be back. Waiters with ugly circus-like haircuts you can forget about, but the taste of really bad service is forever. If you fancy a bit of a change from the usual Italian fare, and have had your fill of pizza and pasta, then walk about 10 minutes out of the centre of Treviso to Helmut, a modern and stylish bar and burger joint. Although there are other options available on the menu, the main event really is the burgers, offered with a plethora of different toppings from classic, to spicy to veggy, to never-thought-of-that-slightly-out-there, and identified by number, 1 to 9. I went for 'Hamburger 5', which turned out to be perfect for me, with mozzarella, tomato and courgettes :) There's also a range of sides and sauces (the thick cut fries were very good), and of course you can bespoke your own should you wish.
